I had it for over a year and I used it occasionally, few times a month. Evey time I recharged it, it seemed that it would last less and less. In about 10-15 recharges it has now stopped charging ao I can no longer use it. It is a shame amusewit chose cheapest batteries, possibly on purpose as planned obsolence . I have 3 of these thst I bought for my family and friends. I guess I’ll have to look for other brands now

I love this pepper mill. Originally I received one as a gift. When t no longer worked, I quickly got another. I use it all the time, not only at the table when dining, but when cooking. It is such aas easy way to get fresh grond pepper. The batteries last a long time. I hardly eever change them.

This was a vendor replacement for a defective one that malfunctioned after the amazon return date. The seller was eager to resolve the situation to customer satisfaction. Stood behind their product warranty without hesitation. The grinder set is great and an ease to use. Would definitely consider ordering more set as gifts especially for those experiencing hand issues from arthritis etc. Two other families were given this same salt and pepper set as a Christmas gift and have no issues. Quality product.

Only charged once or twice, and then stopped charging at all.

This was a replacement purchase for a pair we received as a gift a year or so ago - the c-clip that held the grinder together snapped. Mechanical failure after an extended period of hard daily use? Not an issue. :) Grinder works well at reducing peppercorns evenly and pink salt as well. USB-C recharging a definite plus - no more batteries to hunt up. Works great, no other issues. Recommended.

Can't use a fast charging base. I had to try several bases until I found one that worked.
