I believe this is the best coloring book for children aged 3-4. The idea is brilliant because it includes both the paints and the book itself! My child absolutely loves it and stays busy for a long time. Great quality and very engaging. Highly recommend!

My toddlers and I both love these. It is easy for them to use and easy for clean up. They enjoy the bright colors and I like how quickly it dries and the minimal mess. It makes a great birthday gift. My girls are 2 & 3.

My 2 and 4 year old got these for Christmas and are obsessed with them. Every time they sit down to paint, they'll do 4 or 5 pictures before getting board. I thought these would be fun for the little kids, but they are actually SO much fun for everyone! Myself, my teenager, and her friend all sat down to paint with the toddlers and we had a great time. The paint is really pigmented so you can get deep colors by using a little bit of water, or lighter colors by using more water and less paint. This kit comes with two normal paint brushes and a special brush that holds water - which was really helpful for my 2 year old. He just had to squeeze a little bit and he was able to paint just like the big kids! (Before we used this method, he kept spilling the cups of water...) There are even extra paint samples in the back of the book, so if your kids like to use A LOT of color like mine, they don't have to worry about running out of paint. I let my kids paint their pictures on a tiled area in our home, and even when they were very messy, clean up was really easy with more water and paper towels. The paint easily washed out of their paint shirts with some oxyclean. I'll definitely be getting more of these books in the future and using them for gifts for other little kids!

Purchased this for my 3 year old son who is on the spectrum! He loved it! Very easy to use! Due to the set up it did not cause for any mess so very easy clean up! Perfect size for artist and little hands! The workbook quality was very good and sturdy!

Brush can not be unscrewed, too tight, it broke while trying to open it.

Amazing for toddlers!!! My kid doesn’t enjoy any activity for more than 10 minutes. He asks for colors but cannot sit and do painting. But with this he enjoyed good 2 hours. It dries quickly. Very good color pallet. Even fun for adults. Good thing is stains are easily removable from floor or any object

Bought this for my 2 year old. Very easy to use and each page comes with its own set of colors. Great value and quality. Less messy than a traditional water color set. He also loves the brush.

This set is such a great idea. Every page has a little integrated watercolour paint palette that you simply wet using the enclosed brush/pen. If you detach the pages prior to painting then this one book can accommodate a few children at a time if they all have a brush each (even more if you happen to have more brushes at home!). The pictures are simple enough that younger children won't get too frustrated or overwhelmed by needing to paint small details. Including the letter forms makes it educational too, especially when used with the pen brush which encourages an appropriate pen grasp for writing. The small size and the only extra requirement being water means that this set is perfect for taking away on holiday as a rainy day/quiet time activity. It would also make a great present as the minimal mess means most parents would be happy for their child to receive it! Edit to add: we've just worked our way through towards the bottom of the alphabet and discovered spare extra pallets, so the fun can continue even when the supplied painting sheets are all used up! Really impressed with this. I would recommend this water colouring set.

THESE ARE FANTASTIC!! You get perforated pages and paint swatches so it can easily be removed from booklet. They also include extra pain swatches as well. So much less messy than traditional paint!

My children are suddenly into art, drawing and painting at the moment. This allows them to be guided into painting a nice design, at a level which they should find manageable. Instructions are on the sleeve which is separate from the painting book. Every letter has its own page and an associated animal to paint - all 26 letters. I wondered if there would be a suitable 'X' animal - it is a 'Xerus', a type of African ground squirrel. Every page has a strip of 7 colours, which are concentrated (initially dry) watercolours... Add water and the paint emerges and can then be used on the drawing, using the included paintbrushes. The last page of the book has a full 4 sets of extra paint colours, in case you run out and want to use extra paint. The colours on each page are red, orange, yellow, green blue, purple, and brown. When you have finished your painting you can detach your page (for displaying) using the dotted perforations. All in all, a great format for learning & practicing art, and at a reasonable price as well.
