Messenger Bag, Vintage Small Canvas Shoulder Bag Crossbody Purse

We love the classic look, the functional design, and the wonderful qualityof this bag! It's lightweight and very well made. The adjustable strap is very comfortable. It has one main zippered enclosure with a flap that snaps over it to help deter pickpockets. Inside is a smaller zippered pocket and two other open pockets to help with organization. The overall size was perfect, not too big, not too small. We could easily fit all of our daily essentials as well as a few non essentials! We wore these bags all day, every day for two weeks in various climates and terrains and they are just as great as when we purchased them. It was easy to slide the bag around onto our back for heavy walking. In questionable places we would slide the bag to the front. The shoulder strap is adjustable and can be worn as a purse as well. We purchased two different colors and were very pleased with both of them.

This bag is perfect for a sporty, earthy girl or lady such as myself! This bag matches every outfit because of the brown nude (if you are brown skin) OR classic brown earthy tone. Unless you are wearing a neon Bright outfit or an ALL black DRESSY outfit, you can NOT go wrong. The bag is perfect for a girl who does not like a traditional purse but needs a bag because you wear leggings all the time OR none of your jeans have great pockets. This bag is so easy to wear because the strap does not dig into your skin AND the strap very durable. PLUS, the bag is pretty spacious for a shoulder bag. I can fit my standard size umbrella inside of it and other everyday items (phone, keys, wallet, lip balm & hand sanitizer) WITH room to spare). I have had this bag since October so I have been using this bag regularly for about ten months. I love this bag and I am sure you love it too as an everyday bag.

This bag is great. Not to large but big enough for essentials and room to toss in a few things you may pick up while out. Being fairly tall at 5' 8" and having a long torso I have a really hard time finding a crossbody bag that sits flush on my back hip (butt), where it is most comfortable to me. The bag is soft and flexible, not stiff but thick and sturdy enough it shouldn't tear or wear down easily. The drop from the top of my shoulder to the end of the strap on my opposite hip is about 28" fully extended. This bag is a great everyday, hands free, secure (there is a zipper closure under the flap), stylish, vintage bag.

So i love the look, size, and shape of this bag; i am a 50 yo NYC mom/RN and my style is very tomboy but w cute accents; this bag is perfect and i added a few fun pins to the outside; this is a bag for a woman who wears jeans and boots like 90% of the time. BUT. The zipper was WAY too long, very tacky, and stands up off the opening so that if you throw this bag onto the passenger seat when you jump in the car, or if you lay it flat, crap will fall out. Not good. SO. I took it to my shoe guy and he did two things; shortened the zipper, and sewed the open ends together. Now, the top is maybe half an inch narrower, but the bag is totally secure when closed; voila! It added $15 to the cost of the bag, but it was only $22 to begin with, so you can’t beat that. Totally worth it and i’m getting another one. 12/10, highly recommend this totally urban item!

I bought this bag as a christmas present for my sister. I wanted to find a casual bag that was large enough to hold a book or kindle and one that had a long strap (she's 6'1" and crossbody bags are almost always too short on her). I also didn't want to spend more than $50. The fact that this bag is unisex led me to believe that it would have a longer strap (it does!) and the price (only $24.99) convinced me to buy it. I'm so glad I did because it fits her perfectly and she immediately loved the color. 6 months down the road she still adores it and uses it constantly. The bag is made from a burlap-like material that is easy to wash and has held up well so far. We got the green one but it's definitely more of a brown-green than army green which is how it appears online. I wish they would come out with more colors such as a navy blue or maroon in the future. Great bag nonetheless.

Truly a nice buy as perfect size to fit in my specs case, sunglasses case, iphone, charger plug and cables, power bank battery back up, 2 packs of tissues, perfume bottle, ventolin inhaler etc so not too large but not too small.

This bag is incredibly roomy and easy to organize, but physically, it isn't large-looking or heavy to carry. If something happened to mine I'd buy another. I get a lot of compliments. The old patina, rugged look is perfect and the color is, too. It's not a gaudy green or poo brown. It's kind of a combination of brown and olive drab mix. It's hard to describe but gorgeous. Like I said, it holds a ton of stuff but doesn't take up a lot of space. EDIT ~ I've had this bag now for three years and I use it daily. It has held up beautifully. There's no wear and tear, no rips or snags. The zipper and snaps still function as new. The leather accenting looks as it did when I bought it - a great patina. I never expected this bag to hold up to the abuse I have subjected it to, but it has. It holds everything I need and then some. It's very spacious. It's still my favorite bag (obviously, since I haven't changed it since I got it!). When (if) it ever wears out, I will be buying another.

I wanted to love this bag, but its a little too small, really hard to get things into, or find once they're in there. If you put anything in the inside pockets the bag kind of collapses on itself which makes it hard to find things in the bag, the zipper closure doesn't open as wide as the opening of the bag...really frustrating, and the magnet closures on the flap are positioned high up on the side of the bag so if you use those the bag "closes" with a big gap at the top. But it is nice looking, very durable, and it keeps me from carying a lot of crap so I tolerate it's shortcomings.
