Such a great set. Very comparable to Lego. Easy to follow instructions for a great coaster set

I bought this for my five-year-old son as a birthday gift. While it's a bit challenging for him to build on his own, his parents found the challenge enjoyable. Unfortunately, a small piece broke when he grabbed it. I contacted customer service via email, and they responded within 24 hours, just as promised. After a few exchanges, they shipped a replacement along with some extra pieces, which finally arrived. Though the process took some time, I was impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Compared to similar Lego products, this one is about a third of the price and well worth the purchase. I highly recommend it!

This is such a neat set, I have always wanted to get my kid a cool set like this but other name brands make them so expensive, this set was very reasonable compared to name Brands and went together pretty well. I like the theme and we really love the rollercoaster build.

Construction is a little time consuming but worth the wait. Once finished not much roller coaster action. One half loop, and it over. The positive he was engaged and happy with the overall outcome.

Complete and utter junk! We have the entire thing built and the pully area is loose; as the pieces don’t fit properly. So basically it’s useless and everytime we try to fix it, other pieces snap off. It’s beyond frustrating and too late to return of course. So in the garbage it goes!

My son is loving this!! Very detailed but he loves that the track is smooth and the coaster works!!

Updated: Amazon replaced the first set we got. The pieces stuck together better in this set, however, we were still missing several pieces. HOGO company contacted me directly and worked with me to figure out a solution. In the end they refunded me for the set. They were super responsive and took feedback about their product, and I think are trying to improve their product. Worthing trying a direct set and seeing if all the pieces come in that set and if not, they seemed to have great costumer service and would take care of you if something was wrong with the set. ***** I wanted to write this review to help parents like me are in search of a cheaper option than LEGOS. This was our first try with this brand, so maybe we just got a lemon box, but we are only 1/2 way done building it and 7 pieces have been missing. Luckily, most of them we could find in our previous LEGO sets, but we got to one we don’t have and are stuck. I gave in, blowing the cover that it was from Santa, and asked for a replacement. The other issue is the pieces come apart too easy. I know legos can be a pain to get apart when you are done with a set or building, so I thought this might be a pro for hogo kids. However, you barely touch a tower and it comes apart or the cloud rocket thing and it comes apart. It was frustrating for me, but it was devastating for my daughter (10 yrs old) working on it. We had to pause for a week for her to regain hope to come try it again. Normally, she breezes through LEGO sets on her own. In the end, I am not sure it is worth it as a cheaper version of LEGOs… when we get the replacement, we will see if it was a lemon box or if that is just how they all are.
