Non functional waist of time and money do better
It didn't work at all didn't even turn on with fresh batteries put in. Waist of time and money i won't even bother asking for a refund you guys obviously didn't care enough to quality assure the damn thing anyway

Unresponsive
The buttons are unresponsive or when they respond, commands are repeated. It doesn't work even closer to the original one, and due to the quality issues it cannot be used. It seemed to work the first day but every day it gets worse.

Spend your money somewhere else.
Stopped working after only a couple of weeks with very limited use. Tried all the ideas on how to fix it that Amazon suggested, nothing worked. The unit itself feels cheap. Will spend a more money next time on something that will actually last longer than a month. Don't waste your money.

too many clicks
The remotes worked great out of the box syncing with Samsung TVs, and the buttons seem to hold up. what no one in the house likes is how unresponsive the button presses are. most actions take several button presses before the TVs respond. did not have this issue with the original Samsung remotes.

Thought it worked great at first, then I started having issues with my television, accounts were crashing and when I tried to factory reset my tv, my phone got hacked, pretty sure this remote had something to do with it. Wish I could have found a Philips brand replacement, it would have been worth the extra money

Garbage
Connect to Hisense pairs to U7 and Android box easy, but it's all downhill from there ... LoL First day was great ... 2nd Day unresponsive buttons ... 3rd day I realized the unit is infrared and had to be pointed at TV sensor ... 3rd Day I had to stand up from chair to change channels ... 4th Day I had to walk up to TV to get anything done ... Trash 🗑️

Buttons aren’t good They move the cursor twice with one press or sometimes the cursor won’t respond with the press of a button

Chrome cast remote works great
Works great it connected in under 30 seconds and does everything my regular Google remote does I was super sceptical at first, but I’m really happy. The batteries stopped connecting well on my actual Google remote after years of use so this is a great replacement.

Go for it. Worth the money.
They are very light but good. All the buttons and functionalities work. The only downside I see is it is bit slow when compared to the original remote. I believe it is a thing a bit extra time to process rhe command from remote to TV. Not in a huge way but definitely noticable. However for the this process and 2 remote this is something one csn compromise with. Go for it.
