If you enjoy a lightweight jacket for the warm summer days that combines quality and safety, is both waterproof and very well ventilated and has a back protector and mesh, you can access this jacket. Review: Worth the price! - Okay, so this just arrived. I did my research and the reviews are all spot on. This jacket, at first glance is a bargain. Appear well made, fits well and looks as you'd expect. I'm a relatively broad guy, and admittedly since covid, a bit fat. I'd say I rock the dad bod at the moment. My go to blazer size was a 42inch so wanted a bit of give and went for the xxl. I have an xl leather which is a bit snug and a xxxl which is quite large. Shot down the middle and this is a perfect fit. It has velcro straps at the bottom for a snug fit at the waist, and poppers on the sleeves for larger or smaller arms. Easy removable inner lining for waterproofing, which a phone pocket, and zipper pocket along with others. When removed you are left with one little zip pocket inside which fits my Samsung S22 Ultra. Two outta pockets for bits an bobs. Fleeced collar for draughts, but overall a well made, sturdy jacket. The length is pretty good too. Goes just below the jeans waistband on me. I'm 6ft tall with a relatively average leg to body ratio. My only gripe, which I have to stress makes no difference to my thoughts on this purchase, is the flimsy back plate which is made of thin foam. Otherwise, anyone who doubts this product, just get it. For this price, you can't go wrong. I'll update if the jacket fails me, or disintegrates in time, but I'd expect this to last a few years. Review: True to size fit. - I ordered these as a replacement for my 12 year old Rayvern overtrousers which no longer keep out the rain. I don't intend to use these as overs and won't t be wearing jeans underneath, so I ordered 34" (my normal jeans size) and the waist is pretty much a perfect fit. The legs are perhaps a touch long (I'm 5'7") but the kneepads are in the right place and not too low. The legs could also, for me, be a little narrower but I wouldn't class them as overly large. They are extremely comfy to wear, with a nice quilted removable lining. It's easy enough to take out with just a zip around the waist and a single button at the bottom of each leg. I haven't tried then without the lining installed as I don't envisage riding without it as I have a 40 minute each way commute on my bike and even in the heights of summer it's still a bit chilly in the early morning. The knee and hip pads are supplied loose and are a touch fiddly to put in, but seem well secured in the internal netting pocket. The quality of material and construction appears to be very good, with some nice functional design touches such as the double snap waist closing with velcro cover and the long leg zips, again with velcro covers. Time will tell how waterproof they are, but they appear every bit as good as my old Rayverns so if I can get another 12 years out of these I'll be happy ! Definitely go a size up if you are wearing jeans underneath, otherwise go on your waist size. There are loads of this kind of garment out there at similar prices and above and unless you want to take out a mortgage for a pair of bellstaffs you will never know for sure what your getting. I'm glad that I picked these as sizing, quality and style seems to be right on the money.

Great value
Really good value. Not used it in anger yet (because Winter!) But looks to be very well made. Went one size larger than my actual measurements and it's a comfortable loose fit. I could probably have got away with a size smaller but I'm quite tall so smaller sizes tend to be a bit short in the arms and body. Certainly as good as jackets I tried on at the bike show last week that cost twice as much.

Fantastic jacket, light and cool. Flexible 2 way liner makes for great value for money and room in your top box!
At last warm weather biking and not being cooked at the same time. Lightweight, perfect. Takes up half the room of a normal coat, has all the protection and looks great. Really comfortable fit with loads of mobility. Definitely go one size up however. I rode from South Wales to Birmingham in the early evening the day this came in August. I wore a t shirt and ordinary cotton shirt underneath with liner taken out and did not sweat at all. There are a few sharp edges on the armour pad areas when the liner is out but some sandpaper and or tape will smooth that out. The liner comes with a waterproof outer which can then be split again down to just the padded jacket, so effectively you have 3 jackets. All very light and seemingly well made. I am delighted with it. This is seriously good kit at a good price. I am after some 44 inch waist short fit trousers of the same make now I am so impressed with it.

Great summer jacket
Perfect, with the liner removed for warm summer days riding! Well made and great for the price.

Spring, summer,autum
A good jacket for three seasons ( unless you wear lots of layers ) the jacket has a large are of mesh to allow air flow, the liners bulk it out when fitted so use the arm and side adjusters to get the fit right. I have not tested it in the rain but at 2 deg C it gets a bit nippy even with 2 layers of clothing but this was at about 60mph. At normal town riding speeds I guess it would be alright. You may need to buy a size up due to the liners, but if buying for warmer weather with the waterproof liner only it will be a snug fit so if for all season riding go one size up to allow for layers, if you want a ventilated jacket for warm weather buy your size.

Hot weather jacket
This is a very nice well armoured but lightweight short jacked,it comes with 2 linings the bottom one to keep the rider warm the second is waterproof and the outer one is mesh . I bought this at the start of the recent heat wave and took both linings out and just used the outer jacket and it was very effective highly recommended in hot weather to stay cool ,the only slight criticism is I needed to buy high viz straps as the only colour is black and wearing a high viz vest would have defeated the object.
