This is just the perfect little tool for keeping my dogs' faces clean. If you have a dog with long facial hair (I'm using this on my Standard Poodle puppy), you know how tricky those eye boogers can be. My routine is to hold a warm, wet cloth over the gunk for a moment to soften it up, and then this comb gently pulls it right out of the fur. It works great after a bath, too. I used to use a traditional flea comb for this, but I always got nervous about the sharp corners near their eyes. This one has rounded edges, so I feel much more secure using it and don't worry about accidentally poking my pup. I definitely recommend this one. In fact, I like it so much I'll probably pick up a second one just to have a spare in the grooming kit. In short: A safer, gentler alternative to using a flea comb near your pet's eyes. If you have a long haired dog who gets eye boogers and dry matty junk in their eyes, THIS is a godsend. Easy to use, safe to use, gets the job done. I have a Cavapoo and he gets the dry gunk in his eyes all the time. This cleans him up in seconds. Not expensive and works like a dream. Highly recommended.
