great range, but this cheap end is not good enough

I have the Racktime tubular rack without rails for panniers - which is excellent - I wanted one to use for touring, and tried this - however it is nowhere near as good at the more expensive models with tubing rather than solid alluminium construction. Paint wore in no time, snap on bag didnt fit as well - I returned it, sadly
