It is perfect for the neck and shoulders. The weight of this heating pad just adds to the comfort as it hugs your neck and very soft. I have used it on my lower back, I love it.

Only thing I did not like is the lavender odor. Relatively mild but noticeable. Fits well around various body parts

Works great relaxing the neck and I really enjoy the smell. I think it also has just the perfect weight, it just stays in place and passes on the warmth super nicely. The loops are good too. It could be a little bit bigger but i really do like this product!

I love this heat wrap! I use it a lot; multiple times everyday. I mostly use it on the back of my neck, but I also put it over my eyes sometimes when lying down. I like the weighted feel of it over a flimsy sleeping mask. I also like how soft it is especially. Given how much I use it, it's definitely been a great value for what I originally paid. I pop it in the microwave for a little over a minute and it retains heat for around 45 minutes to an hour. It's really easy to use, but I'd check your microwave wattage and keep an eye on it to make sure you don't accidentally burn it. It originally had a calming lavender scent to it, but it faded fairly quickly. Maybe after a month or so. That's the only thing I think could be improved, but it's not that important to me personally. Overall, it's great and I highly recommend it! With a ton of heated neck wraps on the market; I think the straps, soft material, and substantial weight of it sets it apart. It's held up great without any much wear despite using it so much.

Very good product. I put it in the microwave for about a minute and a half and it stays warm quite a while. It also has a nice lavender scent.

It works fine but it’s way too heavy around the neck. However, it probably works well if you can take the weight.

very adaptable shape, good strong material, easily heated in microwave, would recommend

a great neck warmer. use it often, helps with shoulder pain too.
