Mixed feelings
I was so excited to get poke root tincture because I believed it was going to be more potent than just the powder. I used this with castor oil and didn’t see any difference from when I didn’t add it to the castor oil.Am still giving it time and hopefully see if anything changes.

This poke root 7 in 1 tincture is working great for me. My lymph nodes reduced in size after just 2 doses! It doesn’t have any bad taste, either. The closest thing I can think to describe the flavor is that it’s like sweetened tea. The dose is small, one dropper-full. Much easier to take than capsules, although a little less convenient to travel with. I think it’s very reasonably priced, considering it works. As far as I can tell it is gentle to the system and there are no unwanted side effects. I would reorder this again, I’m happy with the results.

Good supplement
So far I'm liking it! This is my first experience with Poke Root. I like trying new things and mixing up things in my "routine" so my body doesn't get too used to the same things all the time. I am familiar with horsetail, and elderberry, but not as much the benefits of red root, goldenseal, and plaintain. I picked it because I've been focused on trying to do gentle detoxing here and there. I love that this is specifically lymph focused.

Creates digestive issues
While the idea of taking this was amazing for hs cyst. I experienced really bad digestive issues from taking this and unfortunately the window closed so I can not return this product.
