water does not taste too bitter. quality seems nice. great installation service too. even attached a custom faucet i provided for no additional charge. no leakage as of yet. machine not too loud as well. the black pipes add a nice touch to the overall smartphone esque theme

We wanted 100% RO. Some companies do MTDS which never made sense. Completely safe water to drink. App helps track water quality and gives confidence. Impressed with effeciency and professionalism of the urban company technician. Very smooth process. Have been using it for a few days and there have been no problems.

I recently purchased the Native RO by Urban Company and overall my experience has been mixed. The delivery was quite fast it arrived just one day after placing the order. Installation was also prompt and happened within 3 hours of delivery, although I had to reschedule it myself through the Urban Company app. Once the technician arrived, the installation process took around 40 minutes. However, the fitting of the product could have been better. From one side, the unit is not properly fitted, which is a bit disappointing considering this is a new installation. The design of the tap (from which the drinking water comes) is also not great. It tends to waste some water, and it would have been better if they provided a proper cover for the tap for hygiene.It would also be helpful if the RO had a transparent section or cover to easily check the water level in the tank. Regarding performance, the company claims the water is alkaline, but honestly, I didn’t notice any difference in taste. I’m also not sure how to verify whether the water is actually alkaline or not, though the technician mentioned it delivers water at around 8.5 pH. After installation, I had to discard water twice before starting regular use. This also makes me question the claim of 50% water saving, as that wasn’t very evident during the initial usage. On the positive side, they do provide a TDS meter, which is useful. The RO is effectively reducing the input TDS from around 1330 to 180, which is a significant improvement and reassuring in terms of purification quality. I got this RO for around ₹12,500 after exchange and bank discount.The company claims the filters last up to 2 years let’s see how that holds up over time. Overall, while the purification performance seems good, the fitting quality and some of the claims leave room for improvement.
