BUT let me tell you… this 540 Titanium Derma Roller does not come to play. The first time I used it, I thought, “Oh, this will be gentle.” Sir. Ma’am. This thing introduces itself directly to your ancestors. Those needles go in with the confidence of someone who double-parks and leaves the hazard lights on. Not painful, but definitely one of those “okay wow, we are ACTIVATING the scalp today” experiences. You can practically hear your follicles waking up like, “Alright, alright, we’re up, what do you want??” Even though I haven’t seen full regrowth yet, it feels like something productive is happening. My scalp’s got that “construction zone” energy now instead of “abandoned parking lot.” Notable observations: • 540 needles = zero hesitation, all business • You will question your life choices for about 2 seconds, then feel oddly powerful • Leaves your scalp feeling like it just had a very intense motivational speech Side effects: • Staring at your hairline daily like you’re waiting for grass to grow • Convincing yourself you saw a new hair (it might be lint, but hope is alive) • Developing a weird respect for tiny needles Final verdict: No miracle growth yet, but if effort alone counted, my hair would already be back in its prime. Just be careful, not all of these rollers are 0.25mm needles and Amazon does not update when choosing the different sizes. I ordered the .5mm and luckily they sent me it, despite Amazon saying they were sending me the .25mm. The seller needs to change the title of their listings.

The needle size on this provides the most bang for the buck as far as dermarolling goes.

I got it cause of TikTok to see if I could get thicker facial hair so now I just gotta trust the process and see if it truly works but it is pretty cool. It’s like the pictures like that’s really about it. Nothing too exciting.

These rollers do the job. But the wheel eventually breaks with regular use.
