Pumpkin Decorated Cup & Saucer

Fall is my favorite time of the year. The colors, the smells, the cooler temperatures. This cup and saucer is functional as well as beautiful. The leaf saucer adds to the touch as does the pumpkin blossom. Not only do I use this cup and saucer set daily but I display it on my counter. I have displayed the cup and saucer on a lovely decorative paper luncheon napkin depicting the same colors. As with all my tea cups and saucers, I hand wash this set. It also looks very attractive on a clear acrylic tea cup and saucer stand. I added decorative mini gourds around the stand to finish the look. I recommend this cup and saucer. Would make a very nice gift too!

The leaves form the saucer. The flower is a pumpkin fruit. The handle is a vine. The cup is well balanced for the hand (you wouldn't think so with the handle being a vine!). The colors are gorgeous. The packaging was extremely good.I like seasonal cups. This is closest I could get to a Thanksgiving mug. But I love my cups. They are special and delicate!

purchased as a gift. the tea cup is delicate but not porcelain delicate. The lines of both the cup and saucer are so unique and whimsical that I know my recipient will love it. I also purchased the pumpkin tea pot.
