Electric Golf Trolley (Black & Red)

I have had one of those for 15 years and it finally was not viable to repair so had to get a new one. it arrived quickly and was just as I hoped. let's hope this one lasts as long as my old one. great value for money.

I've been using this trolley to play 18 holes at least twice a week & it works well. The course is quite hilly & the trolley copes well, although it can be a bit top-heavy going uphill, so needs to be handled with care. The speed settings I find are either side of my comfortable pace with 7 being a bit slow & 8 a bit too fast. A minor quibble. The assembly instructions are a bit vague, but it's not too difficult to work out how to put it together and take apart. I have the lead-acid battery so it's quite heavy. Good accessories, although make sure your umbrella handle is not too thick as the holder is narrower than on my previous trolley.

Had the trolley for almost a year now. Played twice a week most weeks (barring lockdowns) and have had very few issues. The list of moans here is longer, but they're mostly minor issues. Positives: Cheap! Quick to set up, battery lasts way more than 36 holes, carry case good quality, motor has plenty of power for steep courses, auto distance button works well for 10/20/30m. Accessories are all very useful and tough enough (brolly holder in particular has held up in breezy conditions). Negatives: Speed settings are not evenly spaced (1-4 are pointless, 5-7 almost identical = slow walking speed, 8 & 9 mean you're jogging!), straps are rubbish and break easily, battery weighs more than the trolley itself. Twist control for speed setting is overly sensitive, very hard to get the number you actually want. Tyre has come loose on a couple of occasions, needed gluing back onto the wheel. Overall a bargain versus the big names, identical to Ben Sayers item at a much higher price. The "big" brands such as Motocaddy are undoubtedly better, but not worth double the price of this in my opinion.

This trolley got a good workout on its first outing, it was loaded down with everything possible ie bag, clubs, waterproofs, umbrella, drinks. It has three battery indicator lights, green, yellow, and red. Only the green one switched off. My golf coarse is very wet and in parts muddy at the moment and quite a lot of hills to climb... but this trolley did it easily. The drink holder came in very handy for my flask of coffee as well. All in all it seems like a really good trolley but I’ll update in a month or so.

Does what it says on the tin. However, day one, both the retaining straps broke free and had to use bungee cords that luckily I carry around with me in the boot of the car. Easy enough fix, just needed crimping onto the cords more firmly. The battery however has already died after less than three months use, on average three rounds a week, very disappointed.

This product arrived faulty. The central strut doesn’t fit on to the rear support which means the product is unstable. Pro-Rider have been very helpful but confirmed there is nothing to do but get a replacement, which they would have done if I had bought it direct. . As it’s past 30 days I cannot return it to Amazon so I have lost £249 and have a trolley I can’t use. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM AMAZON. Go direct.

I had a slight issue when my product arrived. I contacted customer services and they were fantastic. Very apologetic even though it was not their fault and their resolution was better than what I wanted. Fantastic product and fantastic post purchase support. I certainly recommend this product for any keen golfers looking to purchase an electric trolley. A lot cheaper than the branded rivals and does the same job. My previous pro rider is over 7 years old and still going strong. At this price the product is worth buying hence why I have 2. Thanks Pro Rider

Absolutely Brilliant! Can’t fault it for the money. Had it “side by side” with a Motocaddy version and the only difference myself and the Motocaddy owner could find were the quality of finish on the detail, but for £250, I’m really happy. I have already recommended to my Son who also plays and is looking for a new Trolley/Cart.

Bonjour, Depuis hier le chariot ne fonctionne plus malgré une batterie bien chargée. C'est extrêmement désagréable quand vous partez pour votre partie.
