Totally faulty bought for xmas stored away opened xmas day to find out faulty and can't return as out of return window absolute scam

The media could not be loaded. Good laptop for the money minus a few buttons not working

Some buttons are not working
Number buttons 5 and 6 do not work along with others. Amazon make it difficult to return as needs delivery label printing when I have no access.

Zero stars. Back she went. Setup was irritating and at the end of it found Office not supported so useless to me.
