The perfect little printer for somebody that doesn’t have computer. I only have access to iPad so had nothing to connect a printer to before but with this little printer it connects to my iPad. I am trying to figure out why I waited so long to buy one before now. Would recommend to anybody looking for something super simple to use and relatively inexpensive to own.

This printer is a complete nightmare. I tried connecting it via Bluetooth, it would connect, but then disconnect again. It software is a mess. I follow several videos on how to finally set up. Not I’m having trouble printing barcode labels. It dies great with the 4x6, but the main reason I got it was so I could bring both 4x6 and 2x1 labels. It ruined all my printing papers for the 2x1 cause it would only print across the paper. And whenever I I tried to stop printing cause it’s not doing it correctly, soon as I hit the button again it continues the same thing. It keeps skipping labels, and it doesn’t show print preview when I’m trying to print something. It says I can reset print job in the app, I downloaded the app, but all it’s showing is joe to print pictures. I’m stressed out. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. Worst thing is I already threw the box away so now I can’t even return it. I’m not happy about this

This printer is a totally solid choice. My only issue is that is was not clearly specified as to what refill rolls work, and that created an issue. I was recommended something that didn't actually fit in the label roll holder. That being said, the trial roll was actually more labels than they said it would be, so I was able to use that for my first labels. It is easy to set up, and it prints beautifully! It also seems like good quality, and the labels stick very well.

What a great little label printer! Everything works as it says, it’s incredibly simple to set up and connected to my iPhone straight away after downloading the app. So easy to use. I bought the little cradle with it and a large roll of labels so it just feeds them through very simply. Game changer for me and my business as I can also use it in any room in the house. No inks etc as it works through heat transfer, brilliant!! Love it!
