Simple Green Foaming Coil & Condenser Cleaner, 32 Fl Oz, HVAC & AC Cleaner

This cleaner does foam as long as your sprayer provides adequate pressure. I first purchased the 32 oz spray bottle version to test it out on my air conditioner. The product barely produced any foam. I then ordered the 1 gallon bottle and diluted it (1 part simple green / 3 parts water) per the directions. I poured the mixture into my battery operated sprayer and it produced an incredible amount of foam on my coils. I still needed to lightly scrub the coils and a water rinse. I had not cleaned my outside units in four years and the look awesome now. I think I'll take better care of my A/C's going forward with annual cleanings. The A/C folks in my area wanted 300.00 to clean each unit so the simple green is saving me a bunch of money ........ I have 5 split A/C units. I highly recommend this cleaner. Also, don't forget you need to use good pressure when you apply the cleaner.

This coil cleaner exceeded my expectations. I used it on my home AC unit that hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and the amount of dirt and grime it removed was impressive. The foaming action really helps lift buildup from the coils, and it was easy to rinse away afterward. What I liked most is that it’s simple to use. Just spray it on, let it sit for a few minutes, and rinse if needed. The foam expands nicely and gets into the tight spaces between the fins. I noticed better airflow and the system seemed to cool more efficiently after cleaning. Another plus is that the smell isn’t overpowering like some harsh chemical cleaners. It still feels strong enough to do the job without being overly harsh or messy. The cans lasted longer than I expected, and the spray pattern was consistent all the way through. If you’re trying to maintain your HVAC system or improve efficiency without paying for a service call, this is a great product to keep on hand. Definitely something I’ll purchase again.

Foams wide soft spray nicely. Sprayed from 2 angles to get uniform due to large grid metals. Heavy spray...let set 3-4 minutes. Dust, rain soaked dirt and most seed fluffs lift off. Then put on hose at a SLOW soft flow and washed from top to bottom. No hard spray to push stuff back in deeper...let the foam lift off the stuff. Gently rinsed away 15 years of collected dust etc. Some heavy leaves twigs left at the very bottom...use needle nose to remove. THE ALUM INUM COILS LOOK BRITE AND NEW. NO VISIBLE DIRT as seen from outside.....majority of paths opened up. I ran the water slow and softly until the dusty dirt mud quit flowing. HAD to do the bad side a 2nd spray...but plenty in my one can to do the unit 2X if needed. THANK YOU SIMPLE GREEN. Can goes VERY FAR. Will do about every 2 years now I have spare cans of spray. Should have done before and after pic...but its good.

Does not foam as i expected it too, but it does seem to clear the fins so A+++ and 4 stars for the foaming bit! That said i would buy again.

After watching an excellent YouTube video on some of the easiest and most cost effective ways to make your AC run better/cooler - I bought this foaming no-rinse coil/fin cleaner and used it (following the instructions on the bottle carefully). Prior to doing so I used a pair of digital thermometers to look at the cooling differential (at the intake and at a distribution register) and then looked at the difference again the next day. I was so very pleased to see an actual 5° improvement in the differential temperatures, and at the same setting it’s keeping my house several degrees cooler (something I appreciated all through August with our “feels like” temps outside over 110°F virtually the whole month). I am hoping that my average electric consumption will go down as well, but I will have to wait a couple of months to get an accurate look at that, however just based on the improvement in cooling & efficiency I would say this is paying for itself even in its first month or two. So - if you want a great bang for your buck improvement in your cooling give this stuff a try!👍🏻

If your refrigerator coils are dirty...this stuff will clean every bit of dust and hair off the coils. You just unplug your refrigerator and spray front and back. It was astonishing how well it cleaned. And no toxic odets ir residues. Great product.

Fixed my AC smelly problem! Tho I Recommend leaving the room when turning on the AC it gets smelly at first but after 10 to 15 minutes fresh air kicks in. I will definitely buy this again

This does not foam! I mix it at a 1 to 3 ratio per bottle instructions with a brand new hand sprayer and zero foaming during application. I used this on my outside unit and did see some soap like suds coming down while rinsing off the Simple Green product so it does do some cleaning of the fins. Lastly, the bottle recommends 3 to 4 application which took about a little over half of the gallon so about $11 in cleaner for my job. I would not use this again for without it foaming and taking 3 or 4 application it just not worth the time. I used another coil cleaner in the past and that really foamed up and only took 1 application.

Excellent. PAY ATTENTION: this product is concentrated, so mixed with 2/3 water and 1/3 of simple green, you will get 3 gallons final product. This is a lot. I did use around 300 ml for one air conditioner so still remaining around 3400 ml in the gallon 😳😁

Works great for cleaning my AC coil. Added some cleaning solution into a small pressure sprayer and water pumped it up and hosed down the coil, used water hose with nozzle cleaned it all up, ready for the season, do it again next year.

The foam cleaner does a good job and cleans surfaces effectively. I was happy with the results and it was easy to use. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I feel the price is a bit high for the amount you get. If it were more affordable, I would rate it higher.
