I have had this blanket for a while now. When I received it, I washed it before putting it on my bed. It did shed when I took it out of the package and in the washer. That was the ONLY time shedding occurred. It is a beautiful, luxurious looking blanket. It washes great, stays fluffy, soft & cozy. It is an excellent product for the price. By far, the best blanket I own. Not too heavy. Exactly what I wanted.

I bought this in twin size first for a living room chair. It is soft, cozy and comfortable. It looked so nice draped on the chair that I bought a king size for my sofa. It just looks so nice and of course during these cold winter nights in NJ it's so handy to just pull over and snuggle up in while watching TV. I want to purchase yet another for my bad as well. They wash well, look good, they are so soft, comfortable and warm. It's a win win.

The blanket is Very soft. Very, with a capital V. I LOVE the color and it's texture. But, the box did cut me. Does that happen to everyone?

Very Cozy I recommend for car rides and summer but lightweight and on the smaller side. Very Practical and Cute though!! Made of fleece thin material but soft on skin and is nice to use when it’s not winter.

Incredibly soft, like unimaginably so. Me and my cat adore sleeping with it and just lounging. It's not too thick where I'm sweating under it, but it's not thin enough where I'm still cold. It's color is also so beautiful and comforting to me.

This blanket is lovely. It is soft and fluffy, the perfect blanket for a cozy night in, watching movies or reading. It's the perfect gift for that relative you loathe, but still have to bring a gift for. Great low price, but quality texture and comfort. They'll love it. You won't break the bank on someone who has questionable life choices.

This blanket is incredibly soft and cozy. Perfect for layering on the bed or curling up on the couch. It feels warm without being too heavy, and the material is very comfortable against the skin. The only downside is that it sheds more than I expected, especially at first. That said, the comfort almost makes up for it because it really is a great blanket to relax with. If shedding is a dealbreaker for you, it’s something to consider. Otherwise, it’s a very soft, warm blanket that does exactly what it’s meant to do.

Perfect for what we wanted. I wanted a light decorative blanket for the bed and this is perfect. No, it's not the thickest "sherpa" blanket out there, as mentioned in other reviews, but depending on the level of warmth you need, it may actually be better. We live in Dubai, so we are not looking for nordic level warmth. The material is really soft. Keep in mind it does shed a bit, it does seem to have stopped after a few uses, but yeah, just something to keep in mind.
