Can these be worn overnight while sleeping?

I have tried wearing them overnight. Seems that since I just started wearing them overnight is a bit too much at this time.

The toe correctors help straighten my toes a little, but you have to consistently wear them for them to help to ease any discomfort of your toes. During sleep they do get a little snug so your toes might get sore. I don’t wear them during the day, only at night when I’m asleep.

Can they be worn in socks and shoes?

Hello, Yes, they can absolutely be worn with socks. You will just need to be a little more careful when putting on your socks so the toe separators stay in place. In terms of wearing them in shoes, it depends on how wide the shoe is. For example, I am able to wear them in my fall/winter leather boots and my running shoes when I go to the gym. Hope this helps.
