This was really helpful during my Homebirth!! I definitely recommend it. The affirmation cards make u feel more strong and in harmony with your body and strength.

Highly recommend

Did it’s job
These helped my mindset so much in labor, the constant reminder that I can do hard things worked well for me. I would change the cards out often and the comb never left my hand!

For your birth bag
This is in my doula bag. I like the cards and the stand but the comb is a bit too sharp for grasping. My clients seem to prefer to grip the small green balls that are used for plantar fasciitis.

I ordered this comb for labor and it did not withstand the pressure from me grasping it. The cards and stand were very well made and definitely helped me feel empowered during labor. For the price, it wasn’t terrible but there may be better options.

Love love love these! A lot of them are affirmations. I’ve been working with through Hypnobirthing. The comb is also nice and sturdy. I’m usually very picky about card stock and I’m pretty happy with these as well.
