I've been using Vicks Cough Drops Double Power for a while now, and they never disappoint. The new, bigger drops with 2x Ayurvedic mix are a game-changer. Does what it says on the packet, but thereafter everything has like a cool burn to it when going down your throat, even drinking a glass of room temperature water has a cool burning sensation. After the lozenge is finished, tickly throat symptoms will resurface within 5 to 10 minutes, so best to take sips of room temperature water until dosage limits allow you to have another, goes without saying, I wouldn't recommend chewing a lozenge down quickly, let it rest and melt in your mouth slowly to relieve your soar throat symptoms for longer! Caution is advised if you have diabetes, phenylketonuria (PKU), or any other condition that requires you to limit/avoid sugary substances in your diet. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about using this product safely. Each lozenge has 4 grams of carbohydrates too.

Not like the old Vicks cough drops.
The drops come in a large clear sack and are sealed in individual packets that require scissors to access. Not easy to open. They t have a strong taste too. Not to my liking.

Poor quality, late arrival.
Cough drops are old and chewy. Did not get delivered until well past the originally estimated date. Flavor is ok, consistency is bad and decongestive benefits are non existent. Very disappointed with the price, quality of the product and timeliness of arrival. May have been a decent product at one point but I will never purchase this item again. Lozenges are smaller in size than most, they do not last and seem to be past their prime.
