Perfect Bluetooth Proxy for Home Assistant!
I purchased the M5Stack ATOMS3 Lite to address a frustrating issue where my smart water timers kept disconnecting from Home Assistant. I initially ran into a bit of trouble getting the drivers to cooperate on my main desktop, but after switching to my laptop, the installation went perfectly. I set up two of these as Bluetooth proxy devices, and the difference is night and day—I now have flawless, reliable communication with my timers. If you are looking for a compact, powerful solution to extend your Bluetooth mesh or solve connectivity gaps in your smart home, these little dev kits are fantastic. Highly recommended for any ESPHome or Home Assistant enthusiast!

Great for Home Assistant
Great little ESP32 home computer! I flashed it to work with my Home Assistant instance and run my heat pump water heater. I also have another running my mini split AC system. Hard to beat the flexibility and value. Unit is barely larger than a quarter/half dollar. WiFi and Bluetooth. Easy to power and use.

Simple ESP32 building blocks
Super easy to use Lego like building for electronics. I’m using them ESPHome with YamBMS. All sorts of options for adding on to this base unit. I like these since they’re no bare boards and I don’t need to come up with my own case.
