Using this TV from last 2 week. Decent TV, good colour, sound, in totality good output. Except that of voice command it has everything one requires to watch OTT/movies. Recommended. Value for money.

I am writing this review after 10 days of using this 65' samsung vision AI TV. It overall a good option if you are looking for a reliable 65' inch qled TV with good after sale service. Pros: Decent picture quality ( not as good as sony or LG but good for the price range) , Good surround sound, good peak brightness, very less bezels and a good smart things app to control TV from mobile. Cons: Samsung tv uses Tyzen OS please don't confuse it with it android os. This doesn't not support side loading of apps...only dedicated apps can be downloaded which are present in Samsung app store, Remote is worst (personal choice) but no dedicated key for sound search in remote, over saturation of video- looks like it tries to correct each frame of the video using some techniques which sometimes results in total blurry images For example: Sometimes cricket ball will be seen as a moving trail of many balls which watching cricket match. This is something I can't explain in words or may be I'll get use to it.

Best Samsung QLED in this range for mid range buyer. Don’t go to any other brand this give far better experience and screen quality. Connectivity is also good. Fast speed responsive. Installation is done under 48 hours.

Terrible sound. Good installation experience. Top notch panel for 4K content watching. Experience of watching Sports content is average.

Everything is marvellous except remote of the tv which should be added with voice command.Rest everything is marvellous sound quality and pictures quality is outstanding.

Got the 75 inch QLED one for 99K on an Amazon deal. Very happy with the quality of the TV, delivery and installation. It works seamlessly with JBL soundbar and allows it to be placed in front of it. Few reviews had mentioned remote control is outdated but I found it to be good and functional. Overall great value for money, good display quality at that price, satisfactory performance and easy to use.

Samsung TV quality is best but sound quality is poor

Premium TV, Disappointingly Cheap Remote – A Letdown from Samsung I purchased a Samsung QLED TV expecting a premium experience from a reputed brand. While the TV’s display quality is excellent, the remote control provided is extremely disappointing. It feels cheap, outdated, and resembles remotes from TVs sold in the 1990s—completely unworthy of a premium QLED product. What’s more surprising is that upon enquiring with a local Samsung dealer, I was informed that Samsung supplies a modern Wi-Fi (smart) remote with QLED TVs when purchased offline. However, when buying the same model through Amazon, a noticeably inferior remote is included. This creates a strong impression of inconsistent product standards based on the sales channel, which feels misleading and unfair to online customers. Paying a premium price and receiving substandard accessories is unacceptable. This experience has significantly reduced my trust in Samsung. Unfortunately, this may be the last Samsung product I purchase, unless the brand ensures transparency and consistent quality across all platforms.
