Perfect. I was fitting a panel to the roof of my vwT5. The brakets that came with the kit wouldn't work as the roof is christen and curved. Orderd a set of these, arived next day. The brakets were supplied with self taping screwes but I added sikaflex glue as well, there is a lot of wind factor on a van roof. Fited very well, panel clamped very securely, but would be easy to remove if it had a fault. Very happy, good solid designe.

Excellent, even though I am not using for “intended purpose”, they are doing an excellent job I am holding 520w panels to a wooden wall. I used wood screws not supplied sheet metal screws/self tappers.

4 x rails , gaskets and clamps with 8 screws and a wrench for these solar panel mounting brackets . Basic instructions that are easy to follow , I ordered these mounts to attach a boat roof solar panel to a metal plate already fixed to the boat There is a very slight curved to the panel but these brackets once fixed were fine , with the clamps able to be slid into place and tightened accordingly . The panel is 30mm thick but quite heavy and although it is now securely clamped I’d have liked slightly longer brackets for more flexibility re changing position . Of good construction and weather resistant ,they’ll hopefully be good for some years or at least until the solar panel is changed . Good value at the current price of under £20 for 4

Solar panel mounting kit for a single panel. Has 4 channel parts to go by each corner and screws to lock it in place. There rubber strips to go between the rails if going onto another metal surface. Then the panel goes on them with the clamps locking it down. Note that the channel must be aimed so it comes out from under the panel edge being clamped as shown in the picture, so don't have it the wrong way when mounting the rails.

These solar panel mounts are great for mounting solar panels on a metal roof as they come with rubber seals and self drilling bolts for a secure fitment. I did try them with a wood and shingle type roof on my shed, but they would not hold as well as with a metal roof. The mounting clips are made from a thick gauge aluminum and can be used with thicker panels and clamp down tight. This kit also comes with the Allen wrench as well to tighten the camps down by hand and not over tighten them. It is a nice and simple kit for off grid shed or cabin installation.
