I’ve use this slicer for years, it works superb! Don’t try using regular cucumbers only European seedless cucumber ( you will waste quite a few beforehand you “get” the right grip and pressure.

This machine will not cut cucumbers. The center crossbar just makes mush out of the center of the cucumber as you try to spin it and therefore can you cannot cut into a sheet. It does work with zucchinis but is quit fickle even with that. You have to have the right size zucchini. I found with larger zucchinis the center would turn into mush just like the cucumbers. A change in design with the end prongs(they need to be longer/larger) that hold the vegetable is place might make it workable.

I couldn’t figure out how to put it together or make it Work because the instruction was not available in English I YouTube it also but it was still hard to make it work

The assembly instructions are only in Japanese. Very difficult to assemble without English instructions. Also, the screw that attaches the handle to the machine is missing.

Bonjour, je n'ai pour l'instant testé cette machine qu'avec une pomme, mais le résultat est bluffant. Avec une seule pomme, on peut réaliser une bande d'un millimètre d'épaisseur et d'une longueur de plus de 2 mètres ! Je vais pouvoir faire ma tarte aux pommes avec de fine bandelettes, ainsi que les pommes de terres croustille fondantes... L'appareil est très facile à manipuler et même le manuel en japonnais n'est pas un handicap. On choisi une des 4 épaisseurs disponibles par défaut et on tourne la manivelle ce qui fait faire un mouvement de va et viens à la lame devant le fruit/légume qui tourne, ce qui donne une bandelette parfaite en sortie. Avis aux amateurs.

説明書を見て使ったものの全く使い物になりませんでした。 お金をドブに捨てた気分です。 筆舌に尽くしがたいガッカリ感。 買わない方が良いです。

畑でたくさん大根が採れます。そのままでは使いきれないので切干大根を毎年作りますが、ピーラーでしていましたが、大変手間がかかりいつも途中で断念していました。この桂剥きを見つけて家庭用には少し高額だったのでかなり悩んだあげく、毎年使うのならいいかと思い購入して大正解でした。一本の大根はあっと言うまに出来、あとは干すだけ。面白のでつい作りすぎ、干すのが大変。つまもできるのでサラダにして食べます。

日ごろつま一番を使っていますが、季節により野菜に水分の多い時期はこちらの商品を利用しています ほかの方のレビューにもある通り調整が難しく慣れるまでは使いにくい商品
