It rides up the body a bit.
It rides up a bit after a while. It could do with being shaped a bit better around the lower body. I've got a 25 inch waist, size ten, flat belly so it's not that, maybe it's not supposed to stay on the lower back? However it's not a serious ride up, you just need to adjust it now and then. Other than that it's very supportive, very comfortable. I've hernia d a disc but I've also got PoTs. For the PoTs it's brilliant and helps stop blood pooling lower half of my body. As a back support it's OK but it's more of a gym belt than a support belt for pain killing. It does the job but rides up.

On the small size!
My advice would to be a size larger than you require! I am a small size 10 so ordered the small and it quite literally only just fitted me. Saying that it did the job and helped tremendously.
