As it's expensive for a spare part, I expected it to be exactly as the original part and it was. Easy to fit and use.

Great product and glad available through Amazon. Not too hard to add into the shower unit - need to unscrew the upper wall connection of wall bracket for the shower bracket. I suspect its plastic and won't last forever but a way better than third party offerings you can buy.

Its a good replacement for the existing shower grip but it still has the same flimsy plastic hinge inside. Make sure you get the right one for the shower head pole in your shower. Aqualisa have made both 25.4mm and 25mm versions which aren't compatible with each other. 0.4mm doesn't sound like much but it won't go on if its too small and doesn't grip properly if its too big. Fitting the grip just needs a screwdriver. Pop off the push fit cap on the top bracket. Undo the screw to loosen the bracket and free the top end of the pole. Remove the old grip and then fit the new one. Refit the bracket, reinstall the screw and push the end cap back on. The end cap only went on in one specific orientation for my shower so check for the notch and bump on yours.

Bought to replace previous pinch grip that snapped. Very fiddly to install but thats more about the aqualisa system the the grip whoever once on works a treat. Really easy to adjust the height as you just pinch and slide. When you pinch it makes a slight clicking sound which tells you can move it around. Works with most shower heads, I have had 2 different ones and both worked fine. I believe it is stainless steel and it is really easy to clean, just wipe down with a cloth.

Exactly same as original,perfect fit only issue no fitting instructions provided. Had to email the manufacturer . Aqualisa did promptly reply with instructions.

This design seems to have intelligent designed in failure. It breaks in the same part after the same number of months everytime. It would be so easy to improve tho’. In between breakage it looks good, it holds the shower head, does what it’s supposed to do ok with an added benefit that you can nearly synchronise your watch to it!

Very easy to fit works a treat..... Just be aware adjusting shower head angle at first is a little tight....

Perfect replacement for old shower pinch grip which unfortunately broke.
