I always use this make of razor blades. They are Lidl's own brand. I find they are as good as any named brand.

Better than Gillette
I have tried store branded razor blades before and found them to be terrible. I noticed these blades in Lidl for sale whilst shopping and decided to give them a go. Previously I've been using Gillette blades, the ones with a yellow lubrication strip and not been totally impressed with them. On the packaging the Cien blades are described as being 5 bladed and diamond coated. I was shocked to find how good they were on my first shave with one, it was honestly the best shave I've ever had. I've still got some Gillette blades left but I'm not going to use them, I'll keep them in reserve and have switched to the Cien blades. The blades are compatible with Gillette razors. In Lidl UK these blades cost £3.95 for a 5 pack at 13/11/2024 date compare that to the price of Gillette blades!
