Awful Product
I've never returned anything I bought on Amazon, but this one I will have to. Mascara part is all dried up and it doesn't even spin, at all. I tried to change the battery, it wouldn't open. I want my money back.

Not Worth the Money
I was so excited to finally find a mascara that spins and that would define my eyelashes, but I was really disappointed when I received this. It looks like I just used my old manual mascara. Actually, my old mascara looks a lot better. Each time that I make contact with my eyelashes, it stops. The rotating bristles move very slow and I expected it to rotate on a much quicker basis. The price shouldn't be any more than $5, definitely not close to $20. Save your money!

Garbage
It worked once and broke. When it did work, it wasn't strong enough to go through my lashes. It was easier to do it manually. And the mascara, what little there was of it, smeared and wore off after just a few hours. Garbage. I emailed the company and no one responded. Don't waste your money.

i liked it
I bought this when i was in 6th grade....which was 3 years ago. I LOVED IT. the actual mascara formula is fine but the spinning brush thing gets out clumps amazingly. I still have it just for getting clumps out (there is obviously no mascara left in it) BUT THE BATTERY STILL WORKS! Everyone is saying their battery died after like a day..mine is 3 years old and has gotten a TON of use and its still working. ALTHOUGH, when i bought it it was in a green thing not orange so maybe it changed and got cheaper quality.....idk i really liked it and now im afraid to buy a new one because everyone hates it and says it breaks.

Complete waste of money
The rotation accomplishes nothing different from a regular mascara. This wouldn't be so terrible if the mascara was actually usable--it's not. Of all the mascaras I have ever used, this was the only one that resulted in my family saying I needed to go fix my "raccoon eyes". I had to toss it...what a waste of money :(
