It seems good. Tastes bad, but notice I still gave it 5 stars? It's a superfood powder, not coolaide.Sorry but I've seen people give these things bad ratings because of the flavor. It isn't about that, it's about letting food be your medicine.I make it taste good, put it in smoothies and power bar recipes. Great natural source of vit. C. I feel it boosts my energy and is helping in my healing process but I take a lot of other supps too so hard to know what helps the most.
