This business intercom has been a great addition to my food stand. It makes communication with my customers much easier, especially during busy hours. The sound is clear, the microphone picks up voices well, and it helps speed up taking orders without having to raise my voice. It was easy to set up, works reliably, and has made my daily operations more efficient. If you own a food stand, food truck, or small business, this intercom is definitely a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend it.

Excelente funciona muy bien

I am an Emergency Police Dispatch Supervisor at a small town Police Department. So not only do I answer calls, both for emergencies and non emergency, I work the computer, input calls, dispatch Officers, etc. etc. etc. And one of those etcetera’s is talking to the public that come in the PD. We don’t have a lot of funds so we never had an intercom system in place. I had to get SO close to the glass to hear, it became dangerous. Along came this little, inexpensive, beauty of an intercom. I stuck the speaker/mic to the glass on one side and talked into the gooseneck microphone on the other. It works brilliantly. However, if you get too close to the mic on either side, the small speakers distort. You have to back off a bit, even after adjusting (reason for 4 stars). But to be honest, this can be dealt with as this model cost a mere fraction of the more bulky professional models. Great product. Recommend this to all the small PDs out there.

El aparato que se pone para el cliente si recoge el sonido muy bien de hecho más de lo que decíara porque todo se oía pero de adentro para afuera no se oye nada la descripción decía que tenía un micrófono 360° y yo entendí que uno podía estar separado del micrófono pero no es así tengo que pegar la boca directamente el micrófono para que se oiga Y definitivamente yo no puedo estar pegado el micrófono y atendiendo al cliente porque tengo que estar recogiendo el producto que me piden de las ventanas tengo que estar en movimiento y al mismo tiempo hablando pero este aparato no transmite mi voz sólo si estoy pegado al micrófono es un espacio pequeño una pequeña cabina metálica debería de poder recoger el micrófono mi voz pero no lo hace por lo tanto no me sirves para nada también produce mucho feedback al estar cerca los aparatos en la descripción no indica que ellos no pueden estar cerca porque si es para una cabina ventanas de atención y demás es obvio que tienen que estar cerca porque lo único que divide es un vidrio pensé por un momento que tal vez era el que me habían enviado y pedí reemplazo pero cuando me llegó el reemplazo siguió con el mismo problema no lo devolví en su momento porque no sabía cómo hacerlo ahora que ya sé cómo hacerlo ya se cerró la ventana de devolucion

I got this to be used in a hospital counter for calling out patients and there are some quirks and needs that this intercom unfortunately does not meet. First, the audio quality on the main microphone is not that great and gives distortion while the microphone on the speaker is really clean and clear. There is also a lack of a mute button for when you don't want to be heard on the microphone as it is always on. You basically have to turn the knob for the mic volume all the way down or turn the unit off completely as a mute button which is cumbersome. The overall build quality of the unit is really nice though because it is all metal and there is a nice long wire for the secondary speaker. The overall volume of the speakers are also really nice but I still had to ding the review for my earlier mentioned gripes.

It's well-built, easy to install, and provides clear two-way communication. It's made our gas station counter more efficient and effortless and safe(we kept our Covid-era glass). My employees loved it after 2 days of use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable intercom system. For the price, this intercom system is an excellent value. Five stars!
