Once you get over the after taste it works brilliantly. Clears the airways in approx 30 seconds or so. I find it lasts for a few hours while awake, it gives so much relief. Sometimes it's worked a bit too well and leaves your nose feeling a little dry. I tend to use at bed time so I can get some quality rest.

I find this stuff excellent, clears my stuffy nose within about 20 mins or so. Not much in the bottle though, so if you need it everyday I'd think about ordering more than one or have a chat with your doctor.

Description said decongestant-turned out to be sinusitis spray. Fine if you’re suffering from sinusitis, not good if you need a decongestant. I’ll double check next time.
