King Arthur Baking Company Crisp & Airy Focaccia Mix Kit 18.4 oz., Baking Mix - Ready in 1 hour

I bought this for the first time just to try it and it was excellent. The focaccia comes out crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, and full of flavor. I added cherry tomatoes on top and it turned out delicious. Very easy to make and tastes bakery quality. I will definitely buy it again.

I love this! It's so easy to make and tastes great! I don't even use the packet of spices that come with it as it already has great flavor.

Today I made the King Arthur boxed Foccacia bread mix. I loosely followed the instructions. I watched Claire Saffitz's video on focaccia before to understand the dough. I added probably 5x more olive oil than instructed, a pinch of salt more with the seasoning packet, took extra time in between stretching at least 2x to let the gluten relax because if you don't, it won't stretch out onto a half sheet pan like it says. Relaxing it between stretches, oiling the mixing bowl really helped final texture. Just cut myself a warm slice, really good!! Start to finish took maybe 2 hours instead since I added extra time between the very few steps written. Then baked with extra oil on top and around the dough, baked for the recommended first 20min bottom rack, then the last 8-10ish min on the mid/top rack. Rested 5 min and cooling now on a rack. Really good for a box mix!!!!

This is the absolute best! It's easy to make, rises and bakes in no time, and the taste is unbelievable! I don't care for the seasoning packet that comes with it, so I use my own rosemary and olive oil. I make it all the time, and I highly recommend! Thank you!

This includes everything needed to bake one loaf in a 9x13 pan. Directions were clear and concise and the end product was AMAZING! It tasted fantastic. I used a high quality olive oil throughout the process and the taste of that, along with included herbs and spices, really came through. I will DEFINITELY be repurchasing!

I purchased this focaccia kit from Arthur, but unfortunately my box arrived incomplete. It did not include the yeast or the rosemary that are supposed to come with the kit. I had to buy those ingredients separately in order to make the recipe. The idea of the kit is great, but they should improve their quality control to make sure all the ingredients are included.
