These spectacle/sunglasses "loops" fit over the end of the "legs" of most glasses that I tried, They adjust well for length and once fitted will help to prevent the "specs" from falling off entirely. They also allow you to take the glasses off and hang them around your neck. I would, personally prefer the the loop to allow a bit more length but it is not that much of a problem. They are particularly useful for outdoor activities such a fishing, walking or golf.

Very useful item. I use it for dancing, even for acrobatcis and I dont have to worry about my glasses anymore. The string is under my hair which makes it invisible.
