Brilliant, I've taken Vitamin D3 and K2 for years now as its basically a must Vitamin for people in the UK especially Scotland. I've changed the brand of Vitamin 2 or 3 times over the last 16 years since taking Vitamin D. So many people selling white labelled Vitamins in fancy packaging ect this I'm not a big fan of basically people just making money by buying pre made vitamins in bulk bottling them and selling them and not actually interested in the product they sell. Recently asked Chat GPT what is the best and most trusted Vitamin D3+K2 available on the market and it recommended Zooki and explained it had the extra potion to make it more absorbent. So I tried these and there brilliant I feel the boost in my moral and one thing I always notice with good Vitamin D is your nails become much stronger and grow faster (I know this sounds strange but it's true) So yes five stars from me and I will continue to use these.

I am a big Zooki fan!! I’ve taken their collagen sachets for a good few months now so it was a no brainer for me to try these D3 + K2 supplement! These have 3000IU of vitamin D3 and 100mcg vitamin K2 which is a good amount of each. They are in capsule form which are very palatable and easy to swallow. They are also liposomal for easy absorption which is ideal! The sunshine vitamin which I feel gives that boost when the sun doesn’t show from one week to the next! There is one month supply in this bottle (two capsules per day) so for £23.99 it is a little more expensive than other brands but I believe you pay for quality which is exactly what these are! Packaging is great, lovely well presented glass bottle! They are a yes from me!

I do prefer liposomal vitamins as I have had benefits from this type before which was far better than normal types. This do not have a smell to them, they are not large, pretty normal size for capsules and so easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste with these, you get a good dose of vitamins as being liposomal there is no wastage because they are easier to enter your system rather than being somewhat destroyed by one’s stomach. These are a good vit D3.

Seems good so far but pricy. The packaging is nice. I dont usually see multivitamin bottles as compact as this one, with a metal lid and a glass jar (they're usually plastic) so does feel slightly premium. The chemistry here is good, they seem to overload rhe amount of vitamin d to make sure you get your full requirements, maybe a bit over. Alongside the over 100%RI of the vitamin k12 this should also mean better calcium absorption from foods etc (though it doesnt directly provide calcium like others might). The pills are standard size, so larger than medicines for example, much like most multivitamins so nothing special there. Still requires a good gulp of water to actually swallow. I think my main concern is the price being so high, with so many other multivitamins on the market offering similar for less. While the liposomal delivery is nice, studies are mixed it seems if it really helps, this like others just rely on a large amount of vitamin d in a serving to make sure you get everything you need. With 60 tablets, and a serving size of 2 daily, this only lasts a month so not sure its worth around £26 personally. But might be worthit for others.
