My daughters right original switch controller started doing that fun little thing where it starts moving by itself and the only way to stop it is to turn it off, put it down and cry about the fact that you bought this thing brand new and it stopped functioning after 3 weeks. Anywho there’s many way to replace it, you can pay more than what this awesome controller costs to get a single right controller, you can buy a set for $80, you can buy and build one from the inside out or you can jump in after reading an overwhelming amount of reviews about all the different brands and styles here on Amazon and just buy one. So I did. My kids are rough with everything they own from their shoes to their to their pillows. Literally everything. We go through so many screen protectors now. Probably single handedly keeping some brands in business! As they are both diagnosed with ADHD and I’m on the spectrum we like things that are a bit more durable. This absolutely fits the bill! I love that it locks the console in place, there’s no fear of it falling out or getting loose. I love the size of the handles. At first I thought they’d be too big but after watching my daughter play they’re just honestly such a better fit than the much smaller original controllers. She can keep a grip on them, I don’t worry as much about them slipping out of her hands. I love the light features, you can change the colors, you can have rainbow, you can even adjust the brightness! And for I think it was $5 more you can get the other one with different designs. There’s like a lightning one, a spider web one, one that reminds me of rupunzels golden flower drawing, and a couple more. All of which you can also choose the strength of vibration too which is awesome. Some kids don’t like that sensation and we can turn it completely off. It comes with dual ended c chargers with a usb plug in, so you can plug in both the controller and the switch at the same time ( into the car or car phone charger which has been a life saver on road trips where I’d like to take less cords if at all possible). I would buy again (I just did actually, because there’s a second switch in this house and “it’s just not as cool as sisters is. Without the lights”) If something negative happens I will update this but as for now we thoroughly enjoy them. They feel extremely similar to an Xbox controller for those of us that were curious. You can’t keep on any case or skin, that I’ve tried but I’m sure there might be some paper thin ones out there somewhere. Idk but I think this is a great controller. It does all the things and all our personal boxes of what we needed in a controller. Not for someone who likes to take them off and use them independently. This is a great device. I've had it about a month now, and I have been very happy with it. It is very comfortable to hold, and although you have to charge it separately from the Switch, it holds a charge for a long time, and I've had no trouble connecting it to the console. It's worked flawlessly. I will also say that while the buttons on the back of it are a bit of a pain to program, and could have been easier, I will say that they might just be the best designed back buttons I've ever seen on a controller. Usually with back buttons, at least the ones I've encountered, I've always had to slightly reposition my hands to press them, but with this one they are in the perfect spot. They sit directly on my middle finger while holding it, and pressing them effortless. Which is nice, because I normally don't use back buttons because like I said, usually for me they are more of a hassle to press. I also like the fact that it has two locking tabs thathold the console in place while it is in the controller so it is impossible to take out until you want to take it out. All said, for the price I am very happy with it, and would highly recommend it to anyone who finds the normal handheld mode of the switch uncomfortable to play with for long periods of time.

Excellent quality, durable, strong assembly, easy to use I’ve been using this Gammeefy controller on my Switch OLED for a few weeks now and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s comfortable to hold — the full-size grip feels much better for long gaming sessions than standard Joy-Cons, and the buttons and joysticks feel responsive and well-made. The 9-color LED lights are a fun touch and don’t feel too bright or annoying. Battery life is solid, and the wireless connection has been stable so far. The extra features like Turbo, customizable button mappings, and vibration add real value — especially if you mostly play in handheld mode. The only minor drawbacks: you might need a separate charger if the included cable is lackluster, and some of the buttons (especially the D-pad) can feel a little less refined than the official controller’s. But at this price, it’s a solid option — especially if you want something more ergonomic than Joy-Cons without spending too

The design and function of this product are very solid. It does very well and feels good in your hands, unlike using just the Joy-Cons. I do highly recommend getting the case from the same sellers because it won't fit in any a regular Switch carrying case. It is doing exactly what I want. My only gripe is that I wish there were a way to put the charge port on the back instead of the bottom because when you are in bed and you rest the console on your chest or stomach, the charging cord has a tendency to bend, and after a while, the cord will begin to fray or pull if it's not a good quality cord.

Awesome color effects easy to set up also came with cord with two separate c cables. Also it had slots to store my games but I would give it five if it just had kick stand. Other then that it was great controller.

Fits my switch 1 and connected easily to it. It does take a second to reconnect when I pick it back up after a break but nothing earth shattering. It would have been nice as a pass through charge to the switch but for the price that might be expecting a lot. The battery life seems good and usually out lasts the charge on the switch 1 so rarely have to plug both in at the same time.

The connection to the Switch was seamless. The buttons are fully operable and there is no lag in gameplay. The design is very pleasing. The vibration is quite good, it feels on the same level of the Switch, maybe a bit stronger. It is well worth the price in my opinion.

Great investment. Functions really well. So far good battery, good price. Now it feels weird to play with out out it. But as some one who mostly place with the handheld worth it. Cons: It does vibrate a lil loud especially with Mario Kart. And maybe not as travel friendly. BUT that's just the reality of it and I don't think its worth docking points. Great purchase wish I had done it years ago.
