Chaco Women's Z1 Classic Sandals

Chacos are just great! I have tried other less expensive copy cat brands but they just dissapoint. These are made well and hold up for YEARS. My last pair was 10 years old before the bottom finally split. I wear them everyday for everything I do in the spring and summer months. I have also been know to put socks on and wear them into the fall in Wisconsin. They offer great support, wonderful hiking sandals, perfect for biking and are also good water shoes. HIGHLY recommend these and will never bother buying other brands again. They are comfortable right out of the box with NO break in period. LOVE how the straps pull out on the front and sides so if you have wide feet, the straps dont cut into your skin. Never get a blister wearing these. They dress up well also.

I had never worn chaos. But, I have Plantar Fasciitis and was going to the beach for half of July. A friend who also has a foot issue told me to buy these. I'm SOOOO glad I did. I wore these every day and my foot never hurt! I'm a 7.5 but bought an 8 first. Then, repurchased in a 7. Perfect fit! My friend who recommended these bought my 8, lol! Great arch support, quality and comfort. Straps adjust perfectly to fit. Definitely worth every penny. And, the color is sooo pretty... goes with everything!

I'll say I don't enjoy the breaking them in part but, overall they are so cute the color and the way they fit. This is my second pair I own and just loved my black ones that I wanted to try another color. The quality is great and so easy to slip on and off.

These sandals are beautifully made with great arch support and a really comfortable insole curve. Unfortunately, the fit didn’t work for my particular foot shape. The buckle, which is meant to sit on the side of the ankle, landed right on top of my foot where it meets the lower leg, which felt awkward and unflattering. My heel also rested slightly on the outer heel strap, and I worried that might become uncomfortable with extended wear. That said, they’re very cute and clearly high quality. I may try a pair from the men’s section next time for a bit of extra width. The seller shipped them quickly, and I really wish they had been a perfect fit!

My first pair of Chaco sandals - and it won't be my last! I purchased these to take on a recent trip to Mexico. They were great for light hiking as well as everyday exploring. They were also nice enough to wear with a dress for dinner. I found that I really appreciated the ability to adjust the straps given that my feet swell a bit in the heat and after prolonged walking. Prior to the trip, I wore them around the house - first with socks and then without - to break them in. They were very comfortable throughout the trip!

Chacos Work really well for me. I’m short with somewhat wide feet, low ankles, sensitive skin, bad hips, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I buy a full size smaller than my running shoe size and they are just big enough. I have two pair: all black and tie dye. These are great for vacations, walking, errands, etc. but the black pair can almost pass as sandals you could wear with nice clothes. I don’t do heels anymore so that is helpful. Walking ability: I can walk for miles on these without blisters, unlike most other shoes.

I at first was a bit confused about adjusting the sandals, but eventually got it and got them to fit my feet. I have very thin feet and am a size 8, so I had to tighten it to the most it would let me, which still felt like it wasn’t entirely secure. They seem a bit uncomfortable with the placement of the arch, and I can imagine that they would cause discomfort or blisters from the strap in the back if you’re doing a lot of walking. They are very cute, but I can’t see them working for everyone. Although being able to adjust them is useful, the strap hangs so low that it ends up dragging against the ground, which is inconvenient. I feel they are made for wider feet, and not narrow or petite feet no matter the size.

3年前に友人に勧められ、購入しました。 スポーツサンダルが流行り始めた頃でしたが、他のメーカー脱ぎ履きがしやすく見た目もかわいいので即決でした。土踏まずのサポートがしっかりしているので長く歩いても疲れにくいところが良いです。ゴム部分で調整できるので、外反母趾の私でも問題なく履けます。 また、水濡れにも強く、これを履いて雨期のカンボジアに行きましたが、どんなところでも気にせずに歩き回れました。 使い始めて3年目ですが、全くへたる様子もないため、この夏も沢山履きたいと思います。

I ordered a 9W but these are definitely not the correct size. The Amazon label shows 9W, but the Chacos label underneath clearly shows 9M. Compared side by side with my older ones, same model in 9W, these are shorter and narrower. Best to order directly from Chacos website as the sizing is not correctly advertised through the Amazon orders
