Excellent customer service. I had an issue and their support responded much faster than I had expected. They went above and beyond. The product is generally solid I just had some issues with the power cable for it that has been resolved. The USB C port was kind of hit or miss but I have yet to find any charger with a USB C "fast" port or whatever that performs perfectly. It seems to depend on the device. All the other USB ports worked as expected. I didn't have any issues with the plastic dividers breaking like other people but I had read about them in advance and have been careful with them.

I have only had this for about a month, so no ability to give it a longevity assessment, but I like the design a lot. First, it has a separate plug-in, UL switching power supply rated for 20 VDC 6 ampere output (120 watts). That means any power supply heat is not in the cradle itself, which is good. Even at that, the heat from both the chassis and the power supply is not very much. It also means that if there was a power supply failure, you might not have to junk the entire unit. The unit itself has a relatively heavy metal case, so it stays put even on a glass top desk. I was getting a collection of odds and ends rechargeable units of various sizes. Luckily, I could keep almost all of them in one place in an office, so having a single charging station worked for me. If you have to scatter them in your house, then a large central charging station may not be the best solution. I found the adjustable plastic dividers worked quite well. No issue there. Some of my rechargeables are in their own cradle which I plug into a USB outlet on the unit. The largest device I am using is a 2019 Samsung Tab A 10" tablet, which works fine. You may need an assortment of cable lengths. I use the USB C port for the Samsung and a 1 foot charging cable is about the right length. For smaller devices, a 9" cable is a better fit. For devices not in the Alxum cradle, a longer cable is needed. I only paid $57 from Amazon during the holiday season. Looks like the price is back up, but I still think at the higher price it is a good value. If you register the product on the Alxum website, they extend the warranty for an extra year, which means you get a 3-year warranty, which is quite good for this type of product.

This device did exactly what I needed, took several devices I had on my desk and organized them in a way so everyone can just grab what the want without shuffling things and and leaving a mess. The other advantage it gave was removing a bunch of charging bricks I had installed for one single outlet. My only complaints are that even when the PD port is the only one used it still only delivers 10 Watts so don't expect to run your device off of it, but it's great for that overnight recharge. Also I have a low watt device that doesn't charge from it's USB port because the draw is so low the auto shutoff kicks in, no big deal it's only one. I highly recommend this device for low weight USB charging device organization and declutter.

This is a great little setup for most of the devices in my home. 2 adults and 3 kids with laptops, phones, tablets, etc. Only problem is that the plastic dividers aren't very strong, so if your kids are as barbaric as mine, these break very easily. Even if someone isn't careful, these dividers aren't very sturdy with say laptop laying against it... the little tabs at the bottom will snap and get stuck (a razor knife/box cutter will get them out though) I'm leaving a 5 star review because their customer service is awesome and they replaced our entire unit when we had numerous dividers break. They need to sell the dividers separately though, which is what I originally asked for and would have been ok with paying for, but got a replacement instead.

This is one of the largest banks of USB charging I've been able to find. They all work flawlessly and help keep phones and tablets organized. More and more kids toys are starting to come with USB charging capability so I've got these things popping up all over the house now to keep electronics topped off.

instead of needing a bunch of outlets and power blocks, this uses a single outlet and charges 10 usb items. This one actually has enough power to provide at least 2.4A to all the ports ((120W/5V)/10). Some of the other options have as many ports but don't output enough watts to make them all usable at once. The only minor downside is the dividers, they don't support a full size ipad, but are fine for the 2 samsung tab a 8.0 tablets in rugged cases as well as the other 2 small tablets. Definitely recommend, seriously considering purchasing a second one (especially since most usb charged items don't include power blocks any more) Edited 03/08/21: still love this and have also purchased a second unit for use in another room

Would you fly on an airplane KNOWING it’s wings “break-off” routinely? Well, that’s (essentially) what WILL happen soon after your purchase of this (otherwise great) device. The cradle’s plastic holding “fins”; where your iPhone, iPad, etc., are stored while charging, are made of, what certainly must be, the world’s cheapest plastic. With very, very little pressure, they will “snap-off” at the base, rendering the device useless, for its designed purpose. There’s a very, very simple solution; manufacturer should offer “replacement” “fins”, but WILL NOT, in spite of MANY asking for this simple solution. Shame on you Aluxm. Not enough $$ selling extra fins, to correct YOUR in-house manufacturing deficiency?

Our kids plug in their electronics in the kitchen at night, to keep them out of the bedrooms. It was a mess - 2 phones, 3 tablets, and the odd set of headphones. It was hard to find the free cord, and the outlet was overloaded with chargers. Now, everything is neat and organized. Everything has its own spot, everything fits, and everything charges nicely while leaving a spare outlet available. My daughter plugged her nearly-dead phone into it the other day and was pleasantly surprised how much charge it got in only 20 minutes.

Great charger. Love the no overcharge and fast charger features. Lots of pieces and still requires cables, which allows its size to be more compact to travel with, but more to lose on the road too.

We bought this in october 2020 and we love it. We have 2 tables, 4 phones and 2 fitbit. It will charge all of them at the same time. Althow we never charge all 8 devices at the same time. But every once of our device as it dedicated slut. The fast port work perfectly with our phone compatible with fast charge. With all the separator, it's easy to put your phone and table on charge at the same time. It's does not that much space and it's look very clean. We love it.

Well built and good design. Works to charge the iPhones, iPads, AirPods, Android, and other various devices all in one place. The adjustable spacers are handy to hold up the various devices.

Pretty much every single plastic partition has snapped after about one year of use. USB-C port constantly allows cable to unseat itself—with very little movement! Half the devices in dock charge if you’re lucky, the others get to around 40%, maybe then stop charging (I’d hate to know what this is doing to my device batteries). All in all, avoid this and probably any other alternative on Amazon, pure garbage.
