Great item

Lovely parasol, the first one i purchased was faulty, but contact with the seller is brilliant, he refunded it with no problem, I then reordered the same again.

Good size and easy to assemble. Base does take up more space than expected but secured the large umbrella. Good value, great expanse of shade.

The parasol does as it should do and helps me eat and work outside whilst shading me from the sun. It was good value but isn’t top quality. Few hanging strings and doesn’t seem to lock in perfectly but looks great when fully erected. Turn handle is good as is the coverage. I oped to get my own base for additional stability and a bungee cord to keep it from flapping around when put down.

Terrible impossible to understand instructions as images were pixelated and I had to guess how to put together, ends up squeaking non stop, terrible product

Great product - love it! 4 stars because the base didn't come at the same time as the base (so we thought it was missing)BUT it did arrive a couple of hours later via different courier

Took longer than addvirtised it would arrive contacted seller, wasn't helpful at all. Descriptions is deceiving though it would come with the weight that hold it but it didn't needed to select a different option which at the time of the purchase it wasn't clear. Anyway it does the job.

Arrived a day earlier than stated and left on steps. Arrangements were in place for correct delivery time. Packaging damaged and contents exposed. Quality of product very poor and unstable when erected. ,
