Great book and will give me chance to find out more

Disappointing
Despite a publication date of 2009, this book was written in 2008 and makes no mention of the economic downturn which has hit Dubai hard; therefore is seriously out of date with prices and other figures. Superficial and repetitive, and not a patch on the Explorer guide. You're unlikely to learn much more from the Cadogan even if (like me) you are an obsessive information seeker.
