I purchased this via amazon but they also have it at cvs, if you wanna use your discounts. I have seen a physical difference when including this product in my routine. I got this because I was starting adapalene and was advised to use this product for redness and irritation caused by purging. There was an overall cleaner complexion, brighter skin, etc. It is not greasy, and glides across face nicely. I have found that a little goes a long way. Today's date is 4/28/26 and I purchased this 12/27/25. I have a beard, so keep that in mind regarding longevity of product, and use it only in the morning. I haven't experienced drying or irritation. My skin is combo but more on the oily side. I am giving 5 stars for how long it has lasted me, the price point, and the results. A great intro into azelaic acid.

Oh- this stuff WORKS.Great brand. Without doubt, it definitely takes care of redness and inflammation, my daughter uses this brand religiously and her skin in flawless at 16. I recently read up in Azelaic Acid and was surprised to find out that it works best when applied in a regular basis, rather than JUST a spot treatment. I currently use a different brand myself, but started out with this one on a whim. Azelaic acid is a great way to keep acne at bay. You really can’t bear the price range. My daughter goes through her products at a steady pace, consistency is DEFINITELY key in maintaining clear skin, and I’m not breaking the bank helping her maintain gorgeous skin. I wish azelaic acid was around when I was a teenager. Buy this and be consistent with it. You’ll see changes.

Gets rid of red undertones on your face. Use sparingly otherwise it sits in creases of older skin.

Really reduced my redness and inflammation. Since having kids I’ve struggled with mild rosacea - usually induced by a hot shower or alcohol. A friend suggested Azelaic Acid - which I tried a few years ago with little change. On a whim, I put this product in my cart and within a few days I noticed my skin feeling and looking a lot calmer after my shower/skincare routine. In the past six months I completely minimized my routine to heal the skin barrier - then added this product in. I’m really happy with it. 41F for reference - the photo is post shower/skincare no makeup.

This product definitely works very well. I have tried a bunch of Azelaic Acid products and this one seems to have the best efficacy. However, I don’t like that if I use it with other products that take longer to dry or stay dewy(toner/moisturizer), it can start to feel like I put azelaic acid on wet skin. It definitely burns if you apply it over or under any other skin products which is hard because I like to use hydrating serum and toners while my skin is wet. I have to wait 30 mins to apply moisturizer on top. Much better consistency than TO Azelaic Acid Emulsion which pills but it does have its drawbacks.

I've used this serum for years. I have what I believe to be rosacea, and adult acne, and this really helps with the redness and acne, and the texture of my skin. The panthenol in it can tingle for a minute after you apply it, but that goes away quickly. I hope they never get rid of this product.

I finally have my rosacea under complete control with this formula!! Hallelujah!!! My dermatologist greatly approves 👍👍

I have a little bit of redness on my face and I wanted to try this out. I have super sensitive skin and this made my skin feel VERY hot and itchy within a few minutes. My face was super red and irritated after using this. I did not apply around my upper lips and you can see the irritation around it. I had to use aloe to help smooth that pain because I was so irritable. If you have very sensitive skin I do NOT recommend.
