I got the UC version even though I primarily do Teams Meetings. I took a long time to finally make the decision to get this. Here’s my experience: 1. I primarily do Teams meetings. The muting function of pushing in the mic updates my status in a Teams meeting. There is also an audible alert to let me know I’ve been muted/unmuted (pull mic out). 2. Feels solidly made. It’s much heavier than my single on ear headset but I expected that. I specifically wanted an over ear headphone to minimize any surrounding noise meeting participants would hear from my background. I have dogs and I’m always afraid they will bark at the wrong time. I’m hoping these headphones dampen my background noise so others don’t hear. 3. Connected easily via Bluetooth. I’m not using the included dongle and have not had any issues. 4. Clarity. So far no one has mentioned if they hear any background noise. I’ve asked others to give me feedback with the clarity of my voice and background noise and all have been positive so far. There were a couple times I had difficult hearing others, but it could have been on their side and not mine. Overall, I’m pleased I went with this headset. It checked all the boxes for what I needed. The main requirements were easy muting (and notifications in Teams), over ear cushions, and clarity (both hearing and others hearing me). It’s a little heavy for me to wear all day but I’m in and out of meetings so I take it off when not on calls. This headset works as expected for my needs.

I'm liking these a lot! Works great with Teams, including muting/unmuting. Sound is decent, if a little too bassy at times. I have the app on my phone. They're pretty comfortable over the ears. I like that I can throw them on my Qi charger between meetings. I recommend them!

Did not work well for work. I took a chance on a brand I never heard of before. Read the reviews before ordering. Sound quality of mic was not good (customers had hard time hearing me) and headphone sound muddled and unclear. Decided to return and this when the nightmare starts. Dropped off return and got a notice a week later that my return is “delayed”. Mind you they already estimate it will take a month (normally) for them to “receive” and “process” a refund. Now I wait, wait and wait for more. Sent the seller a message…….nothing. No communication. Save yourself the heartache, buy a more reputable brand. Shop elsewhere.

My admin loves this Yealink headset! She wears a hearing aid in one ear and this does the job of protecting that plus having both covers and noise canceling makes this product the best fit for us.

Hits: - light, fairly comfortable - cheaper than some other comparable headsets - wireless charging dock compatible - decent call experience when in ANC mode Misses: - can't use the mic when the boom it's retracted, I'd like to use it in retracted mode when in a quiet environment and in extended mode in a loud environment - bad talk experience when in transparency mode. When in a quiet environment, I like to to be in transparency mode to hear my surroundings, but this resulted in a very boomy, echoey talk experience. The headset is clearly designed to be used in ANC mode when talking, and in ANC mode the talk experience is OK. Probably better than other, more expensive headsets I've tried, so if you're planning to be in ANC mode all day then give this a try.

This product deserves more than a 4 star rating. for me, its a 5 star! It works flawlessly with ringcentral and connect also to my iphone. noise cancelling is great and you have option to turn it off and listen to sounds in the environment with the touch of a button. Im a real reviewer who has used it and its VERY GOOD, very comfortable to wear and sounds very good! decent amount of base.

Excelent product

Super comfortable. Great sound. People on the other side of conference calls say I sound slightly robotic. I’m not sure if that’s the ambient noise cancelation I love that you can pull the mic in and out to mute/unmute and MS Teams acknowledges it in the app Great headset
