Tested my thyroid levels after using for a month and they went from terrible to all being within recommended range

I’ve only been using this for a few days so I’m not sure about the effects yet. I’ve noticed that my morning glucose is down slightly from where it usually is, though. I subscribed so will stay with it and see how it goes.

I have been taking thyroid medication for nearly 20 years. Like so many other women, my labs are normal, but I still experience hypothyroid symptoms. I thought this might help. I took it for approximately four months. The short story: Not only did it not help, I felt terrible while taking it. I gained several pounds of water weight. I’m talking an uncomfortable amount of water weight. I lost zero fat. My appetite was suppressed in an unpleasant way. I weight train 4x/week and I need to accommodate that with my diet. I could hardly choke down food and all I wanted to eat was carbs. I felt sluggish all day. Within 72 hours of discontinuing this product, the water weight was mostly gone and I got my appetite back. I still need to find a solution for those hypothyroid symptoms, but this is definitely not it. For reference, I am an active 49-year-old female with a (roughly) 90/10 healthy diet. I am not extreme in my fitness and nutrition goals, but I do pursue healthy living. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2007 and have been on medication and stable ever since. I am perimenopausal. For those who experienced success with this product, awesome! For everyone considering it, just beware of the supplement trap and know it is not for everyone.

I’m a 48 year old woman, & I’ve been listening to Dr. Amie on her podcast fire over a year now. She is very informative! She knows her stuff about the thyroid. I finally ordered thyroid fixer and I lost 10lbs so far. My thyroid isn’t completely out of wack, my numbers are just slightly off so my doctors keep telling me I’m fine, even though I haven’t felt fine. So I decided to just try this & omg… I wish I could scream it from the roofs! I’m down to my pre- covid weight! Finally. I do workout & I do watch what I eat, but I have always done that & all my weight has done was creep up. I’m gonna try her hormone fixer next.
