Big improvement over the Ford product. Pull trim in tight and stays there

Brass threaded insert for 2007 Ford Mustang trunk panel
The fasteners replaced 18 year old OEM plastic that finally broke when I was changing a tail light bulb. They install easily and work as designed and keep the panel in place snugly.

Trunk panel secure.
Works very good. The old ones just pull off or use a flat head screw driver to help pull out and off. The new one just put into place and turn the knob and screw it on. Holds the rear trunk panel on much better and stays in place. Just installed these March 2026 on 2006 mustang Very happy with product.

A bit pricey but possibly the best money I’ve ever spent!
I’ve owned my car since 2006. Those original bolts were garbage, right from the start! I love my car, but Ford should be ashamed of the cheap fasteners they used in the trunk! For the first time I can use the trunk without putting the stupid bolts back in. They would fly right back out every time anyway! Thanks for the solution! As you can see my old car is well loved.

Worked almost as described
Used these to replace the ones that broke off in my 05 Ford Mustang GT. They ran a little long so they weren't able to snug up the trunk trim, but overall it did work and was better then the busted ones I had. The price was right on.

他のレビュー通り、金属インサートの入っていないものが届きます。 半ば「金属インサートの入ったものは届かないだろう、ちゃんとしたものが届けば御の字かな」程度の気持ちで私は購入しましたが、絶対に金属インサートの入ったもの(商品説明、写真通りのもの)が欲しいという方にはまったくオススメしません。 届いたものも樹脂製で使えはしますが、他所でもっと適正価格のものが買えます。

全く写真とは違うプラスチック現行品が届いた 写真では真鍮ナットが埋まっているはず Amazonの対応がおかしい 違うものが送られてきたらまずは詐欺ではないかと疑うのがお客様、そして返品返金作業に入るが根本的な問題はこの商品がお客様か欲しい気持ちは現在進行中 なのに返品返金でAmazonは終了と考えている では欲しいと思うお客様の気持ちは何処へ？ そして詐欺行為で引っかかったとしたら 再注文でもまた詐欺行為に合うことになります では何故Amazonはこの業者に販売投稿した写真の物をちゃんと売る気があるのか調べないのか 売る気がないなら販売投稿をやめさせないのか 全くわかりません まるで「騙されたのはお客の責任、当人同士で解決して下さいね」と言っているよう
