I applied one screen protector using the "easy" application guide. The guide allowed for the protector to be exactly lined up how it was perfect. The problem; there was two air bubbles I could not get out no matter what I did. I lifted it up to reseat the protector and the corner where I lifted it from would now refuse to stick back onto the iPad. I decided to use the second screen protector to get a fresh start. The second application proved to be no better. Since my friend loved his and applied it with ease, I knew I must have done something wrong. The kind and concerned merchant noticed (from my review) that I had trouble, they processed a refund and to my surprise, sent me another screen protector to allow me to try again. I have to say, it went on without any issues! I am totally pleased with my purchase and the best customer support I could ever wish for. I feel totally pleased and good about my entire experience. Every merchant can learn from this Amazon seller.

It’s been about a year since I bought this for my iPad. I use my iPad Pro daily and this screen protector is really good. Really easy to set up, and it does its job, keeps your iPad protected.

Overpriced. These screen protectors with cute little applicators rarely work. First of all you don’t need much instruction but it would be nice if the video instructions work. Spoiler: they don’t. You just get a 404 error page not found when you scan the QR code so no help there. Second, there is zero stability when you place your iPad down to get ready for the screen application. There should have been a cutout for the camera bump so you know where exactly your iPad should be. There’s just a ‘shelf’ where the top half ‘should’ go. When you are dealing with something so precise, your iPad shouldn’t move around. Instead it’s wonky and moves around a bit so when you DO place the screen protector on, it’s off center. And when you finally manage do get it down: bubble city. I can safely say there was more bubble coverage than screen coverage. The last thing I wanna do is start pressing down on my $1300 screen, hoping it doesn’t break as I try to get the bubbles out. What I’m left with is small patches of tiny bubbles and a screen protector that is off center. I could have paid half of what I did and probably gotten better results. I used to love ESR products but I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on

I don't have much other to say than this has been a really, really nice screen protector. This is the first time owning a new iPad, and this screen protector has been perfect for it, from using in industrial areas at work, to drawing on. I still have one as a spare (It came in a two pack), and it was INSANELY easy to install with near-perfect results. No air bubbles of any kind, and the alignment is basically square on. Also, absolutely zero interference with Face ID with the cutout for the sensor array. Take note if you're an artist, this is a smooth glass display. Good for viewing content (I didn't notice any degradation in display quality or brightness), but it'll feel the same as using an Apple Pencil on just the stock smooth glass. Looking at the magnetic paper-like display cover this company sells that can apparently go over top this glass screen protector, though! Excited to see how that goes! This is a solid option for a screen protector for the M4 13" iPad Pro!

I originally had written a negative review about bubbles on the protector. While this version of the protector does scratch relatively easily (I recommend getting the Armorite version instead), I need to retract my complaint about the bubbles. Yes -- you may have some bubbles after install. And yes, they should do a better job explaining to expect this. But don't panic -- if they are just air bubbles and not caused by dust, they will eventually vanish -- I was able to press the bubbles out of mine after about an hour and a half.

Was easy to install and seemed to be correctly compatible with the new 13 inch iPad Pro despite the packaging indicating it was the wrong thing (another reviewer noticed this as well). As you can see from my pictures the corners are not as covered as they should be and ESR needs to fix the product to cover more. With a case on my iPad there’s actually a gap between the case and screen protector because it’s not flush with the screen as other protectors I’ve used. With that being said it does do the job. Although the screen quality is definitely not as good as without a protector and the glare is absolutely increased because of it. But I can’t really fault ESR for this as most protectors have this issue and it’s the tradeoff for not paying for AppleCare. UPDATE AFTER HEARING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE: They’ve offered a refund as well as sending me another product of theirs. I’ve updated the review to reflect the stellar customer service.

Very nice screen protector. It’s a bit costly compared to the others, however very easy to install.

Ürün sağlam bir şekilde geldi. Kalite konusunda zaten klasik herkes tarafından tercih edilen iyi bir marka. Ama tavsiyem aldıktan sonra ekranı takarken aparatına sağlam oturttuğunuza dikkat edin. Bulunduğunuz ortamın da tozlu olmadığına dikkat edin. Aparatına tam oturtamadığım için tam jelatini çıkarırken tak diye aparattan çıkıp jelatininin çoğu açılmış vaziyette elimde kaldı. O sırada da bütün toz, tüy yapıştığından ekran koruyucularından biri çöp oldu. İçerisinde 2 tane koruyucu olması da bu şekilde çok büyük avantaj sağladı. Alırsanız eğer benim yaptığım hatayı yapmayın ve koruyucuyu taktığınız ortama ve aparatının sıkı bir şekilde takılı olduğuna dikkat edin.
