I have had no problems at all with turning these hooks into crappie catching jigs. Fits the mold, catches the fish. Sharp and durable. This is what I’m going to use going forward.

I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of these hooks. I've bought some generic import fishing hooks in the past and would sometimes find open eyelet rings and deformed out of shape hooks. Not with these, all 50 have perfect hook point, barb, 90 degree bend and closed rings. The 5/0 pairs up well with 5" and 6" soft plastic minnow/jerk shad having very good gap between bait and hook point with it exiting further down the body of the bait. I believe this will help catch rate with short striking fish. Also a really nice hook point that out of the box does not need much dressing if any at all. Item was shipped quickly.

The hooks have a very high quality and I love the way they hook fish! I’ve reaped in fish that were barely hook and it still was a little difficult to get the hook out! I’m my opinion I love that because it means that that fish would not come off. I highly recommend these hooks and weights!

Hooks do not have tight tolerance conformity, still makes decent jigs though

Bought these to make lake trout jigs with. The steel is very soft, it bends out too easily. I do not recommend if you plan on fishing for larger fish. I now have a bunch of useless jig heads I need to give away to some poor soul who will probably loose a fish of a lifetime because the hook bent out. Very disappointed.

Fits a Do-It bullet head mold and works well for me.
