My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. It has helped my sleeping a great deal. with each an every day I take this product my level of sleep has increased, improved and the quality is very positive. This works great, I used it consistently for about 2 months but I switched to a different brand because I don’t love that serving size is 3 capsules.
