Good egg replacement for baking
This stuff definitely works. It's not quite as good as an egg, but when baking for vegan friends it's definitely better than anything else I've tried. It's mostly cellulose I think, I've forgotten the ingredients but I remember thinking it didn't feel artificial. Gluten free too.

Game changer for allergies
This egg replacement product is a game changer. I wanted to make a cake my granddaughter could enjoy like everyone else on her 2nd birthday and it's worked. With this product we can now make egg free, gluten free, dairy free pancakes, cup cakes, (about to try Yorkshire's) so she can eat the same as us. Giving brownies a go next.

Egg free pancakes
I use these for egg free pancakes. The mixture needs to be slightly thicker than an egg based mixture and you'll need a non stick pan, they are also quite delicate. But now I've got the hang of it it works ok. The flavour isn't as good as an egg pancake but it means my allergic son doesn't feel left out and he likes them.

Egg substitute.
I bought this as a vegan substitute but actually found it useful generally for baking if you've run out of eggs. Smells eggy initially but easy to use.
