I'm extremely impressed with its performance and quality. The fan is made of real wood, which gives it a natural, elegant look that complements any room beautifully. The fan is durable, providing excellent value for the price. Assembly and installation were a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had the fan set up in no time. The motor runs quietly and efficiently, delivering a powerful breeze without any annoying noise.

I purchased this fan for the bedroom of our shore house. We removed the old fan (with help from YouTube) & installed the new fan. Directions are a little confusing – just have some patience or hire a professional. *We have old wiring & high ceilings so we decided to ask a family friend who is an electrician to oversee the install. This fan is beautiful – great size for our room and very quiet! She arrived in perfect condition. The remote is great and was able to pair her with the app in 1-2 mins. The fan has (6) speeds, (3) dimmable light options, directional changes and so much more. 11/10 Recommend!

Edited to add: This fan worked perfect for 2 months and then all of a sudden stopped connecting to the apps and Google Home. Now we can only use it with the remote and if we lose the remote we are SOL. You really need a tech support line to help your customers. This fan is exactly what we wanted and works perfectly. First, it looks very nice like real wood. It has so many features.. 3 different light colors, different dimming levels, 6 fan speeds and reverse. The best part is it can be set up with your Google or Alexa Home devices (see my video). It comes with a remote and can also be controlled by an app or the smart home devices.

I had an existing fan and this was an easy replacement. I like the remote control option. Quiet operation

The fan and the blades looks much better in person than the pictures - high quality materials, sleek design with matt finish. The instructions were very easy to understand and the installation took less than 30 minutes. Wifi-control/Alexa ready is an awesome feature that I no longer have to hunt for the remote or get up in the middle of the night to turn the fan on/off. I'm very happy with the purchase.

The functionality is very spotty. Goes to OFFLINE continuously and not stable. Wifi network is NOT the issue as all other fans/wifi products in our home never have an issue. Tried rebooting, repairing, resetting, poweroff, etc. Frustrating…!!!

UPDATE #1: I am changing this review from one star to three stars as the seller has been very responsive and sent me a new fan motor which will hopefully resolve the clicking issue. I still need to go through the trouble of getting this fixed, but if it does work out in the end I will likely update to four stars and leave it there. ————— As many reviews have mentioned, this fan came with a crooked motor out of the box which is probably what eventually caused the issue I’m experiencing now: About 8 months after installing it, the fan started making an annoying clicking sound while rotating. I mainly purchased it to use at night while sleeping it keeps me awake. Honestly very disappointed and will need to replace it.

Cools 210 sq ft bedroom down 3° and is never set over #3. 84sq ft adjacent changing room cools down some, too, when wide door is slid open. Sleep on level one, any higher and have to lower it during the night. No noise when properly leveled. Super bright. Wooden paddles look wonderful in nautical themed room. Wish there were nice glass lamp covers for all of these LED fans being made. Honestly, this is my only complaint. Handyman had it together, up and leveled in 15 minutes. Really nice.
