Swift 22L H2O Women's Day Hiking Backpack, Breathable Foam Backpanel, 2L Water Reservoir Included, One Size Fits All, Emerald Frost

Firstly, I appreciate all the pockets on this Gregory Mountain Products Swift 22 H2O, Emerald Frost backpack. The water reservoir (bladder) is easy to fill and attach (best feature). The color makes me happy. There is plenty of room for extra water bottles, a lightweight jacket, keys, a wallet, a cell phone, and snacks. My cell phone does not fit comfortably in the front pocket near my hip bones but does fit nicely in the side pocket.

This pack has great storage setup, weight, size, and color; I SO wanted to love it. But the length isn't vertically adjustable and the pack was way too long for my short torso. Also (as I found with Gregory's Maya 22 daypack which does adjust vertically), the shape of Gregory's shoulder straps assumes broader, squarer shoulders than mine. When I fastened the chest strap, the shoulder straps pulled so the inside dug into me and the outer edge stuck into the air. But for women with longer torsos and broader shoulders, this pack would be great. For me, I'll have to stick with pricier Osprey who, wouldn't you know it, doesn't make a 22L women's daypack.

Fits me PERFECT for my petite 5'2" frame. I was looking for lightweight, lightly padded and narrow, lightly padded shoulder pads. This pack sits perfectly on my back, distributing weight evenly. Maybe a little bit more on the lower part, which is fine by me as I don't want all that weight on my shoulders. You can get a lot in the pack for a long day hike - I add 2 more liters of water in bladders for anything over 5 hours. I am a bit bummed my dog won't drink the stream of water from the 'hose'. Now, I have to carry a separate container for him. I am putting that in the lateral mesh pocket. Zippers are easy to open quickly.

I took my time researching different day packs and landed on this one. It is amazing. I love the way it fits, the size and functionality of the hydration pack (though the magnet took some time to actually work correctly as the tube needed to be broken in, becoming more flexible), the pockets on the waist straps- I love it all. If someone is looking for a sturdy, roomy but not too large day pack with a water reservoir included, I'd highly recommend this.

This was PERFECT for my daypack down to Havasupai Falls last month! It is SO spacious, so comfortable, and love the color. 100% recommend!!

Well made and passed the hiking test in Utah. Also the perfect size for me 5’4”.
